Everything is perfect, the parking lot is bright, especially with the charger for Tesla, lobby is really beautiful with Art Piece, elegant and quiet, the staff helps me to check-in and park my Tesla as well, also the front door, they will look out for you if you wanna wait for the Uber or taxi, not to mention the room, I feel 100% safe coz the room key only authorized by the specific floor, I slept very well and feel energetic when I ready to hit the gym, hit the road in the morning, there’s more, i highly recommend the breakfast time, high floor with a breathtaking view, food super duper tasty, even though I have lactose intolerance, the staff & the cooks make sure to remove the dairy ingredients, I have never felt so much thoughtful table service, and the drinks from the late-night bar, the wine choice and the cocktails were perfect as well, thanks to all of the staffs from Silks Club, your hard work makes every stay-experience hard to forget, no doubt that I’d love to come back soon.

Definitely a good place. Just the breakfast could do with a bit more internal stuff despite we were just 3 westerners in total. We are aware we are in Taiwan but one cannot become Taiwanese in one week ;) but this is a luxury hotel that should cater for all guests. One real minus; the room cannot get dark enough as the curtains have 1 cm to the floor and let a lot of light in. The staff in this hotel are just great. The guests are all upper class and we felt still home but not as relaxed as usual.

Everything is perfect. Staff are all professional and facilities are sophisticated. They have various types of breakfast, even serving for vegetarians. People with different backgrounds can have comfortable stays. I will definitely pay a revisit to the hotel for my second stay in Kaohsiung!

If Silks Club isn’t the best hotel in Kaoshiung, I would be interested in who is. In the heart of the city with convenient access (~USD5 taxi or Uber ride or less ) to outlets, Dream Mall, famous bakeries and night markets. The rooms are huge with equally generous bathrooms and showers that you won’t bump around in. The decor is modern, clean and simple lines. The atmosphere is serene. Wi-Fi is reliable and fast enough for all my needs. The included half buffer breakfast is gourmet with western, Chinese, Japanese and vegetarian selections. Service is impeccable and thoughtful. Need an extra soft pillow? Ice? A hair salon reservation? Every arrival is greeted warmly with multiple people helping with luggage or any other special needs. Definitely willl be back again if and when I am in Kaoshiung again.

As a frequent traveler and this is probably the best experience I had. It’s the attention to details that shows in every corner of the hotel, from furnitures and staff services. The owner’s philosophy in seeking perfection and high standard manifests everywhere in the hotel. The overall attitude shows the owner really cares.

Although this is my second stay at Silks Club, I am not able to comment on the soft product (services). I decided against breakfast because it didn't impress me on my first stay, and I did not have time to experience the bar. What I can say is that check-in and checkout was much smoother than my previous experience.
However, Silks Club Kaohsiung has arguably the best facilities among all hotels in Taiwan. There is a lot of thought given to the details of the amenities it provides, the layout of the room, and the experience it wants to offer. If you want a high-end experience without feeling like you're in a behemoth place, Silks Club would be a better choice than the international chains nearby.

I have been staying here whenever I could. Walking distance to many places, the staff is simply amazing. The decor is low-key but classic and top-notch! Comfortable bed and 8 types of pillows that you can choose from! From check-in to check-out is flawless!

Silks Club is a quiet and comfortable urban oasis. This was the third time I stayed at the Silks Club. The facilities and the staffs are 10/10. Very welcoming and helpful staffs, they deliver quality work, and you can see they work nicely as a team. The bedroom is comfortable, the amenities are quite thoughtful, providing a positive effect on sleep quality. The gym and the pool are usually quiet as well which is great for a peaceful time. Overall a satisfying stay.
