Very bad smell, not clean, not maintained old and stinky. Staff don’t know English, tell you yes yes but they don’t understand what you say.

The hotel is right in the center of the city between 3 shopping malls, lots of restaurants and bars. There are 2 parks that if someone likes walks they can lead to the riverbank. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds.

The hotel is located sides 2 shopping malls and is accessible to many street restaurants nearby. The hotel reception and concierge was helpful and gave useful tips. Got upgraded as a Gold Elite member!

nothing in particular although the club was closed until 1.1.2021. Buffet breakfast was not memorable compared to other similar five star hotels.

This is definitely the hit hotel in Shantou, and after the second time here, will be back a third. Luxurious vibe, big rooms, great view, incredible breakfast and an decent gym! The staff have much improved since the last stay, everyone was really accommodating and first class.
