The front desk staff was awesome and attentive.

The hotel is very nice and the area is great. Samuel, the valet, was awesome! Great customer service. On the other hand, the pregnant woman we dealt with on checkout had 0 customer service skills and is the reason I gave this 3 stars - otherwise our stay was excellent.

The staff were nice and I felt welcome. The only reason for the low score was due to the paper thin walls. I could hear normal conversations clearly. But overall it was a nice stay.

The price of parking was not mentioned at all. Shocked had to pay 34 for over night stay. The valet personal were very noce .just shocket the price of parking was 1/4 of pri e of hotel

This was the only hotel I would stay when I travel to Delaware, well never again. The first room they put me in, the air conditioner made a terrible noise. The stairwell look as if someone was living in it. Parking used to be free now they are charging $34 dollars a day to park on the street which the hotel don’t own. I’ll never stay here again. One night there was an altercation with the manager and some woman and her daughter. I felt unsafe staying at the hotel.

This property advertised it was pet friendly, but it was NOT. There was nowhere convenient to walk my dog and they charged $150 per night pet fee. That was almost as much as the room itself. Because Expedia had a no refund on this booking I was forced to stay there. I learned my lesson!!!

Had to force them to honor my reservation several times. Kept telling me "that's between you and Expedia" when I explained I'd paid for something already and the "glitch" was in THEIR system, not Expedia's. Had to fight for the type of room, but also after they acted like one of my employees was a no-show, when he'd already checked into and SLEPT IN HIS ROOM the night before.
Didn't have towels in my room, and when I asked for some, they lied and told me there weren't any clean ones in the whole hotel. I say lied because, when pressed, they miraculously found 2.
Honestly the worst hotel staff I've encountered in my life. Never felt more like a Karen, and it's 100% their fault. Housekeeping and facilities were great, however.

The 2 night stay was excellent. The cleanliness is top notch, and ai am very particular about cleanliness! The beds are very comfortable, staff is very courteous and helpful. We had no issues at all.

If you have a vehicle, the only available hotel parking costs 34$ USD with a valet. The valet service is from 7h00 to 23h00 and you can expect a delay to get your car during morning hours. The room was nice and comfortable but there were some issues with the water fausset, drawers, and shower accessories. The overall experience was good. The breakfast was also served in a different space than usual due to ongoing renovations inside the hotel. They provided boxes to carry the food back to your respective room.

The parking situation was confusing. Valet staff were not always attentive. Staff were underdressed . Crocs are not professional attire. The breakfast had no milk and rather than going out to buy a few half gallons of milk, they put cereal out with nothing to eat with it. Many guests were confused. Managerial staff could have easily sent a staff member to go buy some milk rather than “waiting for the afternoon delivery.” The situation was not conducive to the customers attending the actual breakfast that day. Why bother put the cereal out then…?

Breakfast was surprisingly good, however the AC in the hallways and lobby was not working. There is also no AC vents in the bedroom so you have to keep the living room door open to get cool air. The valet staff look suspect but they were nice. 6/10.

There was no air conditioning in the lobby and it was miserable. The first day they ran out of breakfast and we had to go somewhere else to eat. No one helped us with our luggage - had to get the cart, take everything up to our room, return the cart ourselves.
The room was very nice - clean, new, A/C and the staff was very nice. The elevators were old and dirty. Would not stay at this hotel again.

Pretty solid hotel. Spacious and well done. The shower probably could use a sliding door and our floor needs an ice machine, but other than that, great job. Glad to see new stuff in Wilmington!

Florence “Miss Flo” at the front desk has the warmest, most welcoming way about her. She truly wants to ensure you have a great stay — and we did — especially because of her hospitality! She should be recognized as a role model on how to greet guests and to ensure they come back.

The desk staff was rude, The room design was not good, the TV could only be viewed from the bed and not the couch, no parking, had to park on the street, there was no vening machines, you had to buy from their little market which was completely unstocked and many shelfs were bare, the breakfast ended to early on the weekend and it was dated.
