Great pool and location

It's my second time at this hotel and it still amazing! The staff is very nice, always helping, smiling and be nice with every one! The area is not the best if you want to come with your family but you have everything around and the BTS Train Nana station is at 5 to 10 minutes walk. I totally recommend this hotel and I will absolutely come back !!!

Really good hotel ! Nice staff and very clean rooms. Only thing i can find to complain about is the coffeemachine the have at breakfast. they are terrible and make really bad coffee.

I liked the cleanliness of the facility and the very polite staff. The neighborhood is a bit difficult to navigate with very narrow streets and sidewalks, but there are tons of very good dining options. This is a family hotel that gets a bit loud, particularly without hallway carpeting. Otherwise, I would stay here again.

The hotel like always is perfect, but this time upon arrival I went to eat at the restaurant and unfortunately was not more the same, they changed the menu and took away the the best dishes, this time I tried beef quesadillas it was full of grease , they were swimming in grease and to complete everything they put paper under the quesadillas, of course if you cut the quesadillas you would eventually eat some paper too, very disappointed this time and on all my days in the hotel I eat only the first day when I arrived, after that I never eat there anymore.

Fot the property being on Soi11 I thought it would be loud. Very quite property.

Nice hotel in decent location. Staff were nice and friendly. The roof top pool is amazing and nice to take a dip in at night. The sound proofing however is awful. You can hear everything going on from the footfall inside the hotel to the traffic outside. The breakfast is average at best. For the price it’s good but you get what you pay for and if you are fond of sleeping at night I’d look elsewhere.

More transport service to BTS

A superb hotel to stay in with friendly staff who care and work hard. The roof top pool is relaxing and the location is very conveniently located near Nana station. Rooms are lovely!

Breakfast room service taxi service all is more than fine. As for location, thats completely dubjective. For me its right where i needed 2 b for clubs, & good food. In the heart of Nana & close to metro very very busy area but I only say 2 days, then head out to Pattaya Phuket ext..

There was something wrong with the water that was outside my room down the hall.And it was crowded and it was noisy

Very noisy from Cleaning staff receiveing txt message notifications on line app in hallway from early morning and continuing most of the day !

I booked with requests for not close to lift, but when check in, the staff still arrange the room exactly opposite to the lift which causing much noise at night. After complaining twice for the next day, they allow to change to another room finally
