The hotel.amd staff were very good. In fact the assistance and care on tge part of the employees was exceptional. Very helpful whenever you need them.

The check in was nice and smooth, the lovely receptionists were excellent. The room was very clean and the bed was 10/10 very comfortable. The staff are polite and always say hello / Xin Chao when walking by. The breakfast buffet was nice and clean. The chef that was cooking the eggs was not great he would either overcook the eggs or cook the eggs complety wrong not listening to instructions. The other wait staff were kind and helpful. The location is quite nice and the pool clean. Nice walking distance to shops and the beach of course. Could come back again. We stayed there for 7 nights.

Great room on 20th floor. Views over Denang Beach were amazing. Comprehensive breakfast

Great location for tourists as it located across from the popular beach Mỹ Khê. Loud noises from music bars outside but staff was willing to relocate us from 14th floor to 16th floor. Breakfast buffet was included in our package, it was disappointing that they only prepared few Vietnamese dishes. Tourists traveled to Viet Nam should be prepared to eat Vietnamese foods not a mixed match versions of all other nationalities. Spa service was reasonably priced with mid level service rating. Front desk staffs were welcoming! housekeeping staffs were really nice but they tend to skip few steps in their daily cleaning chores: sweeping and cleaning floors.

Beautiful clean hotel with friendly staff. Pool is clean and big. Breakfast has a wide variety of western and eastern cuisines.
