I did have just one tiny issue and that was the times of check in and out 3pm-9.30 am it would of been nice to of had a bit of a lie in as I only stayed for 1 night but other than that it is a very nice comfortable I will definitely be booking again hopefully there’s a option to pay extra for 24 hours ?

Accommodation was great value and comfortable. We appreciated the space, cleanliness and facilities. Location was great for the city and Barbican being right between them. There were some great eateries and pubs local. Little noisy in the surrounding area on a Friday and Saturday night but to be expected in a city area. Would stay again given great value b

Very nice little apartment with everything you need. Very clean. Only negative very loud from outside during night. It’s next to a pup on the back side.

The room was comfortable but upon entering the room there was an unpleasant smell. I couldn’t work out if it was sweaty feet left over by the previous occupant or if the linen had hung around damp to long before being dried.

The stay was lovely. Just a couple of TINY ideas. It would be helpful if there was a shelf in the shower & maybe a hook outside the shower door for the towel. Also a bedside lamp would have been good. The lights were very bright, even the "less" option.

Studio had a comfortable bed and was clean. Staff were helpful. Sofa looked exhausted and sad. Stairs have stained carpet. Very basic kitchen equipment.

The extractor fan was not working in the Bathroom , The shower fitting came off the wall and the bathroom was not very clean And the lift was out of order for two days not the best stay

Apartment was good for what i needed to be local only down side was a fan noise going off constantly and being close to town on a weekend it was noisy but I would stay again but maybe see if i can have a different room

Accommodation manager and workers are friendly and helpful. The living environment is good for short term travelers.

This beautiful building is very centrally located and within walking distance to amenities and attractions, it has three floors and 41 apartments of varying size. Upon arrival I was greeted on the intercom and provided details via text for self check in. The cleaners were still preparing rooms when I arrived but mine had been completed, having spoken to the cleaners who were extremely friendly, polite and welcoming i found out where I needed to be and where the facilities were. I must say as the first people I met the cleaners left an excellent impression on me. Beautiful Bathroom with walk in shower very, very clean and modern. Floors are very creaky! Very big double wardrobe with two hanging rails and seven shelves, plenty of room for storage and clothing. Single bed was a good size, extremely comfortable mattress and the duvet sank around you when you laid down. Reading lamp for night time reading, or TV which swivels round so you can comfortably watch TV in bed. Lovely kitchenette which is very well equipped with a hob, cooker, grill, fridge, microwave/Combi cooker, kettle toaster, cutlery and utensils and the room has black out blinds. Carpets need updating, they are clean but they don’t feel clean, bed linen was a little worn which is a shame as the room I had was immaculate, modern (apart from carpet) clean and extremely comfortable, although the TV was quite high on the wall (although I did enjoy watching it in bed).

Location is ideal. Close to shops, bus, train and within walking distance of mall, food stores and some attractions. Laundry can be done. The only thing is that it is not suited to the differently-abled.

Fantastic! Seamless contactless check in/out. Great facilities, toiletries and cleaning products provided along with coffee etc. Room was spotless and well presented. Comfy bed and a great location.

When we arrived our keys we’re left in a mailing box and sent a code to retrieve our keys Very efficient and organised !reception was In line with Covid restrictions and very clean our apartment was on top floor lifts excellent working order very cleanWe had 2 apartments next door to each other which we were relieved to find out as our teenagers were next door to oursThe apartment was very modern very clean plenty of light and well equipped bed was super comfy and bedding was luxurious and everything white which I liked , the apartment was painted white had a small table chairs , wall mounted tv , a floor fan ( which was needed) very warm in the apartment a few hangers ( I bought more in Primark) as we stayed a week ) under bed drawers , hairdryer Bathroom was stunning very clean like new shower was amazing plenty of room ! Our kids loved it had everything u could need Kitchen also was very well equipped microwave, fridge kettle toaster plenty cupboard space cutlery new sponges even fairy liquid and sanitizer left for us The location is excellent literally opposite town centre 2 min walk and very close to the Barbican 5 min walk plenty of pubs around us. I especially appreciated the clean towels bedding, tea towels left every morning on our floor reception ( outside our rooms) to be taken if u wished to replace . Overall an excellent stay no noise very quiet and peaceful no noise from other rooms very clean modern and a fantastic stay we will be rebooking next yr

The only negative was the room smelt a little of damp, which I believe wascoming from the kitchen/ sink area. The location is great for getting around Plymouth, but the only downside to the great location is that it can be noisy at night with traffic and people coming and going from the pubs/ nights out. Would definantly stay again but would request a rear room away from the main roundabout if possible.

I visit Plymouth often to see family and always stay here. It is always a pleasure to stay here. They have a very professional system in place to cover covid. I look forward to my next stay.

Awesome stay in this great location B&B. Centrally located to enable access to Cornwall's awesome beaches and beautiful countryside. Eric the host was great and i couldn't ask for a safer place to stay. This topped off with a spa pool meabs I will absolutely be returning here.

Good location and superb cleanliness, let down only by slow WiFi, and hit and miss hot water. Some more kitchen ware wouldn’t go amiss either. Would stay again, but would be better prepared.

Stayed here a couple of times and it’s great value. Very well maintained and clean, contains everything need for a short stay. Be aware though that it is in the city centre and can get quite noisy outside.
