stayed at the property for business purposes, but unfortunately, I couldn't get much work done. The room was in a horrible condition—rundown and seemingly out of order, yet they still placed me there. It was unacceptable; no one should have stayed in that room. They took my money, yet I didn't even have a chair to sit in. The toilet was clogged, and they blamed it on town work outside, but it made for a terrible stay. The place seemed outdated and had too many animals around, which was a problem for my asthma. I ended up moving to another property of theirs. Disappointing experience. will never go back to this place.

It was a safe enough location and very convenient to highways and stores.

Checking process after hours is not convenient. A lot of noise from other rooms. Not a place to relax. Just something quick for a night or two.

I paid for a deluxe king with full size sofabed. There was no sofa only place to sit other than the bed was a chair tgat looked like a cat had shredded it. T h e elevators did not work, and to top it all off tgere were roaches in tge roommuch less sofa bed. T h e

I requested a reservation for three people and we receive the service for only two people. The elevator did not work and the people with desabilities was include with me in the reservation couldnt up to the room. There are some employess who are not able to deal with a costumer.

Good and clean

I felt safe enough. Guests were a mature bunch. People minding their business and polite.

One week stay; elevator was out of service for most of that time. Carpets were nasty, overall upkeep was not good. Staff was friendly and location was good, but overall condition of the property makes it a one star.

Quite satisfied

I paid to much for the issues I’m experiencing. I drove 8 hours to get to the hotel and no ice machines work. I had to go to the nearest gas station to get ice. AND the elevators were broke! I had to make several trips up the stairs in order to get all my luggage in the room. I feel that if they know there was these many issues, the price should have been lower since i didn’t utilized everything.

I was in town for business and this was perfect! Clean and convenient! The staff was great:)

We could not stay. We booked the room a month in advance. Upon getting there the hotel said they were sold out. The sanitizir dispenser smelled like something was rotting in there, as we waited customers were complaining to the front staff about broken tvs and ac units not operational. We had traveled for hours to get to a room that was sold out and the lobby had rancid sanitizor. Never again.

The hotel had roaches microwave didn't work

The hallways stinks , the rooms stinks , the elevator smells real bad ..if you do a late check in it’s going to take awhile to contact a front desk because there’s no one at a desk…I was waiting for almost 45 minutes to check in because they don’t keep someone at the desk for 24hrs like regular hotel does it’s very frustrating and annoying better off paying more for a different hotel than go through the aggravation

It was very deplorable, nasty rooms and sheets bed with blood stain.

Overall, it was pleasant; however, the fact that there wasn't an ice machine, & a few insects(roaches), was troubling.

If you only there for convenience I guess go here but you need to bring an iron and ironing board, paper towels, they have a stove top but bring your own pans and silverware. Also bring dish detergent. And expect to have to retype your email info at check-in even though you as for it to hold or send to email thats already on file for room conformation, and if the guy is there sorry dont have a name but expect him to be very conversational if region is brought up and if system is down expect him to be so kind to walk the one customer up to their room while others wait because he is the only one there and then when he gets back to fix the system that went down in the first place. And lets not forget the carts be expected to be make more then one trip if its just yourself and you have a lot of items, the pool I guess was there and breakfast maybe I can't read but I didn't see any oh and the kicker dont have an emergency or question after 10:30p and before 10:30a no will be there 🙃

Start off its not easy to access the property. Secondly what you see in the booking pictures is not what my room looked like. the lergs on the bed were bent and broken. no coffee! not breakfast! and front desk locked up and shut down i couldnt check out!

It was ok, the hallways do STINK. The service and attention was great overall. Shout out to Miles for changing our AC out as soon as it was reported.

It was over all a great stay

I was moved 3 times to a different room and even the last move wasn’t correct I couldn’t speak to anyone about that move because there was no receptionist.

The lobby smells great but as soon as you open the doors past the lobby the smell of old cheese and sweat hits you in the face. I was extremely nauseous every time I had to walk through the hallways. The elevator floor was sticky, and hot. The first room that was given to me smelled of old cigarettes and weed. The staff downstairs did indeed put us in another room. This room smelled like mold or maybe past water damage. The bathroom smelled of strong urine. I usually pack a bag with cleaning materials, so I quickly bombed my room and bathroom before my kids could enter the room. By bombing I mean I use bleach and Odoban to sterilize and disinfect the room and bathroom. I was tempted to spray the hallway with my cleaning products but I didn’t want to be extra. Overall it was a terrible experience.

Spartan hotel w no frills (not even an ice machine). Bed was a single mattress on a spring frame. Room was relatively clean but hallways and strairs had many large stains and debris throughout. Not vacuumed for a few days probably. Only virtue was a relatively low price for the day.

Dirty rooms. Whole hotel smelled. Unfriendly and unprofessional front desk. Heard a dog barking in the room next door all night and the other room next door heard the tv all night. It felt unsafe. The rooms were filthy and I would have left immediately but it was already one am. We cancelled our second night stay as soon as we could. Pictures were incredibly unrealistic to real stay.

I booked a Deluxe Studio, when I got to the hotel, they told me that they don't have deluxe studio suites anymore and have not for many years. I arrived after their office closed, in the morning when I went to get my keys, I was told that they could only give me one key because they were short on supply. The TV in room didn't work, I went out the next day and asked them to fix it while I was out, I got back in the night and it still did not work. People in the entranceway who had no key to gain access, were entering the hotel behind me when I came back to the hotel. The tank in the toilet didn't fill up so I was unable to flush. The carpet out in the passageway was extremely dirty. The room that I got had a stove, refrigerator and a microwave but there was not even one other kitchen related item in the room; no spoon, fork, knife, plate, cup, etc. The drawers and the cupboards where completely empty like I had moved into a new house. The view from my 2nd floor window was the wooden panels holding up the front of the building, room # 217 to be exact.

Absolute worst hotel i have ever booked through expedia. I may drop expedia as a travel app because this is not what was described in your reviews and ratings.

There was blood on the room floor upon arrival. There were also bugs and cigarette holes in the bed. Terrible customer service.

My time here is always wonderful! Deborah at the front desk and the morning shift mechanic are both very helpful and always in good spirits.

Conveniently located a short drive from the Tampa Sportplex in the Brandon area. There are a couple of eating options on foot, with more options and grocery only minutes by car. The interior of the hotel and some elements in the room were run down but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Not even the price of this hotel was good. We trade rooms three times to see if one would smell clean, but we had no luck. All the floors throughout the property were dirty. They offered no breakfast or restaurant on site. They charge extra to clean the room and also if you need clean towels. I would not stay there again and I would not recommend this property. Hopefully this will help future guests to make a decision. I don’t mean to bash it, it is just the reality. Be aware!
