Everything was just perfect. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, the breakfast ist fantastic, the whole guest house complex is inviting and cosy.

Everything - in particular the welcome drink on the terrace and the amazing breakfast. It was also nice to learn about democracy in Romania and the role of Ratiu family.

The price is a bit expensive for Romania standards but the quality is also above average.

Had THE best time here! Ratiu House has such a rich history and just the nicest staff. It is extremely cosy and everything here felt carefully selected to the highest standard - the owner without a doubt has an exquisite taste! Been to a few hotels and b&b’s in the area and nothing really comes close to it. I also have to mention the breakfast that was out of this world; Sustainable ingredients, delicious and generous selection enjoyed by the fireplace whilst listening to jazz. I am definitely coming back and would highly recommend Ratiu House to anyone visiting Turda.

Wifi was subpar in the room - this made it hard to take meetings and kept on dropping during calls. I believe this is a temporary issue (and I was offered a different room)

Very nice, interbelic guesthouse. Really takes you back in time. The room was quite large, bed was comfortable and you are also offered an interesting selection of literature to chose from. Location is very close to town center, where you can find shops and good restaurants. Although breakfast lounge is a bit cramped, it's cosy and is building a family atmosphere. They are also offering complimentary drinks in the bar in front.
