It was very roomy and clean and very comfortable! The building doors are open all the time but the entrance to the apartments is a card key and the the entrance to your apartment is another card key.
If I was to make any criticism it is that it would have been nice to have a little more cooking equipment as we made our own dinner, but it was a lovely stay!

It took a little bit of time to find fhe place and get check in instructions, but in fairness, we only booked a few hours before arrival. The host was very accommodating and the room was great. Recommend.

Property was in lower town about 15 minute walk from bus station. Key safe at front door and with code we were given got the key for our apartment 1. First floor facing the street. Full kitchen, separate bedroom. Very comfortable. Great position to walk to upper town.

So at first having just arrived in Croatia and Zagreb the outside looks a bit alarming . Not terribly clean, lots of graffiti the entrance and stairwell too but go inside the apartment and the place is spotless immaculate modern and perfect. A large bed good bathroom and kitchen area. Literally a ten min walk up the street and you are in the main square. Another ten minute walk up the hill and you are in the hubbub of eateries and bars and cafes great nightlife but perfectly safe and family friendly lots of kids and all ages. Very fun atmosphere and the most affordable food we had in all of Croatia. The host was actually very kind and helpful once we figured out a glitch on our end with our phone and data etc not working. Also very convenient walk to the tram line to bus and train station.

Very clean and easy to enter. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of bedding and towels. Wifi was a bit spotty but we sorted it out. Great access to a nice area with tons of restaurants and shops. Communication of entry code ahead of time happened via Whatsapp, something i had never used was not aware of, so a bit of communicating through Expedia was needed to sort it out. Lovely stay overall and the host was kind and helpful.

It was just an overnight stay but it was great! We booked it on our way to Zagreb and the host responded quick and gave us check in instructions. The property was clean and beautiful. Room has AC. Dishwasher, cutleries, fridge all available. Location is central and about a 20 minute walk from the central bus station. Uber is a 5 minute ride so it was pretty good too. Overall a great stay!

CONS: The entrance was offsetting--a bit dusty, etc. But that seemed true of the whole building's exterior doors. The instructions could have been easier to follow if they had been in order. The apartment's door had a deadbolt lock that did not work; hence, the cleaning lady burst in unannounced before 9:30 a.m. and then again at 10:50 a.m. although we had been allowed an 11:00 check-out.
PROS: The apartment was very pleasant and had been decorated tastefully. It was immaculate. There were extra bath towels available and the hot water heater was ready. The TV worked well and the kitchen was adequately equipped. We appreciated the extra touches, such as the towel warmers. The bed was quite comfortable. We appreciated having the late check-out and the literature of what to enjoy in Zagreb.

Stayed for 2 nights for quick visit to Zagreb. It was perfect for us. We were travelling by bus and the apartment was an easy tram ride.

The apartment is in central location but a rundown dirty building. It is small and not well maintained with cracks on the wall, black and yellow stains on the shower pan and walls. The worst is that all the bedding, sofa bed, bed and pillows are all have stains, particularly the pillows, looks very old and covered with so many yellow stains underneath the cover. The towels looks very old and some have stains. All bedding materials looks very cheap and old. The bed sheet is so thin that you can see through the dark color underneath(possible the dirt). Tables have yellow burning marks. Overall, the apartment is very cheaply furnished and doesn’t look clean due to various stains. The owner think the solution to the bedding stains is to put one more layers of sheet or cover. It is unbelievable. Expedia rated 3 stars but the condition of the apartment is worse than 1 star.

I thought It would be uncomfortable because there are no receptionist, but it was not. They answer you right away to your questions and help whenever you ask :) it was literally nice and wonderful place also clean, the location? Perfect..! Everything was nice :)

The apartment is really good. It is very clean and I can find any kitchenware I want. The heaters are really good and I didn’t feel cold during the night. The apartment is close to station and city center. It is also close to the university and a lot of famous sites.

Great location, we walked everywhere. Place was clean and the host was super accomadating. I didnt have service so it was hard for me to communitcate but the host was so nice and worked with me. Loved staying here and slept great!!

The apartment is absolutely neat and tidy and modernly styled. The location is good. 5-10 minutes walk to sightseeing point. The staff is nice and welcoming. Just that when we want to chevk in at 6-6:30 they asked us to come as soon as possible as their office close at 4 pm ( although expedia said we only have to contact them in advance if we arrive later than 8 pm). Everything is smooth at the end with active communication
