The lobby was extremely crowded and loud with kids unsupervised. A person was singing and playing guitar a a very loud volume. Couldn’t enjoy any area outside of your room.

Great design and super awesome lobby. Lots of Free games for kids. Bar for the boys. Food area for all. Just an amazing experience. Little pricey but you get what you pay for. Room design was so awesome. Roomy And Comfy!!!

First time staying at aloft and was impressed with the check-in, atmosphere and uniques arranged room.

The property was excellent. It was clean the staff was friendly and helpful and I felt very safe. It was quiet at night. Don’t hesitate to stay there. The menu at the restaurant is very limited and expensive for what you get. I would give the restaurant at best a 3 where the accommodation is a definite 5.

The Staff was mostly very friendly, but limited at times and that resulted in long lines. As for the Pet area that was so horrible I took my pet across the street or to the Hampton. I consider this area a Health Hazzard not just for the animal the garbage can within that area has not been emptied in the three days we stayed there and it is frankly discusting.You dont charge a pet fee, but the room charge for that room was overprized in comparrison to some other facilities. I unfortunately picked this Hotel based on the pictures and the description. There was no breakfast included in this room charge and that was another expense. Sorry, but this was a one time reservation and I would not stay there again. Danke.

Hotel & staff were very nice. Hotel shuttle pick up from airport was easy. Shuttle took us to nearby restaurants & picked us back up after meal. Room was just right for overnight stay.

The toilet door was broken and wouldn’t close. There was no maintenance guy. The room was weird and inconvenient: the toilet, fridge, and coffee maker were all in the same place. It was noisy. Luckily, it was just a one-night stay.

Proximity to SeaTac and angle park rail station make this a great spot to land/park and ride into city

We loved comfortable bed, and a great shower. There are some things needed in this room to make it a great day. First of all the one light switch next to the door controls all the lights. There was no way to turn on the bathroom lights separate from the room lights. For two people staying there it was annoying. Also, why couldn't another chair be had. There was one chair the entire room for two people. One of us had to sit on the bed to eat dinner. Kind of ridiculous. Other than that, we loved the location, the cleanliness and spacious room!

Convenient airport location, underground, safe garage parking that is clean and affordable. Housekeeping was fantastic. The downside is that one light switch controls the bathroom and sleeping area. Nighttime visits to the bathroom wake up anyone else in the room. Front desk staff at check in was fantastic, however, morning check out staff was unfriendly. I had two small charges on my bill that weren’t mine, which I feel were from someone at the desk buying water at the same time (unsure what they were from) waiting for a resolution. In all, would stay again for the secure garage parking and proximity to the airport.

Lose to airport with shuttle - no issues I did feel bait and switch with breakfast - it is available but for a few. Few game to play in lobby. Don't want to lake, no entertainment as you can't walk though homeowners property. Area of hotel is ok but walk 1/2 block up and turn left - felt some kinds of way. Needs an egg crate for crusie - easy Walmart delivery. We stayed close to space beeps b chore but crime is too bad now. Cleanliness Is most important and it was fine. Elevated. Train right outside our window - I am a pickey sleeper and easily awakened, train was quite - heard more planes but the stop later a night. Small area to order food, very limited. I would stay again on cleanliness factor alone.

Great place to stay. I was there for 1 night to get on a cruise ship. Very convenient place. Offering free shuttle to and from airport and nearby restuarants and attractions. Shuttle is available to cruise ship for a small fee.

Had a quick stay after a cruise and before flying home. Wonderful facilities and a most helpful staff.
