Cool decor place equipped with a kitchenette. Everything well thought out. Hosts were welcoming and very helpful. Lots to do within walking distance. Note that the surrounding area has a lot of stairs or inclines in case that is a concern. We absolutely loved staying here

Our one bedroom flat with a terrace was well appointed, super clean, uniquely decorated and perfect for our family of three. Friendly and warm front desk made us feel welcome, and the breakfasts delivered to our room each morning were icing on the cake. Windows were very soundproofed against the city noise outside. Chiado area is full of nice shops and dining options, with a great Miradouro just a block away from hotel. This was our favorite hotel from two weeks of travel through Spain and Portugal.

This hotel thought of everything - Welcome drinks, through housekeeping, breakfast and water deliver to the suite, and a clean and comfortable place to stay. We were a group of 6. Everyone had a comfortable bed and room to spread out. There were also 3 showers which was much appreciated.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, offering recommendations and a helping hand, as needed. I definitely recommend this hotel for your group and hope to return!!

Wonderful weekend stay in Lisbon.
Our small group really enjoyed our stay in Lisbon.We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment with terrace,which was perfect for our needs, the apartment was a really quirky design and spotlessly clean with some great extra touches e.g bottle of wine on arrival, dressing gowns chocolates,and free toiletries.
The communication with the hotel was great they were very helpful answering any questions we had and arranging transfers.
We also loved the breakfast arrangement - each day our breakfast was brought to the room and included fruit cereal,bacon,scrambled eggs,pastries,yoghurt,toast coffee and juice.The breakfast ladies were also very friendly and helpful.
All this alongside being in a fabulous location close to all amenities made for a wonderful stay.If we ever visit Lisbon again(which I’m sure we will) We would definitely book these apartments without hesitation.

Lovely place in a great location! The rooms are large and with a fun decor. Paulo was very helpful and communicative. The breakfast was fantastic, and they customized breakfast to include gluten-free and lactose-free options for us. Thank you!

Great staff. The maid from India ordered us a Uber seeing taxi didn’t come and we paid her directly. Super nice of her to do this seeing we were on the way to airport. Little strange how they boarded up the entrance at night.

The apartment was fun, modern and quite spacious. The staff was very helpful, gave us good recommendations for dining. The location in central Lisbon. You can walk to many places of interest, just wear comfortable shoes to walk those cobblestone streets up and down!

Thomas, Paulo and Catarina do a fantastic job making you feel at home and taking care of you and any concerns and requests you have.
The location is fantastic. In the heart of Chiado overlooking a beautiful square in front of the church of San Roque and walking distance from a beautiful miradouro / viewing point overlooking the city and steps from some amazing restaurants like Bairro de Avillez, Gunpowder and Carnal.
The rooms are great. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and our kids slept on the double bed in the living room-kitchen.
Breakfast was delicious with bacon and eggs, fresh pastel de natas and croissants, fruit, fruit juice and cereal - awesome spread!
We are coming back!

Catarina at the reception was very helpful. She was able to recommend places to visit and how to get there. Also, if we have questions about transportation she was able to explain in detail. Very pleasant made us feel very comfortable

We had a great stay here. We stayed in the 2 bedroom penthouse with 5 of us and had plenty of room. There were actually 3 bathrooms (it says only 2). Staff was awesome. They brought breakfast into our room in the mornings. Love this hotel and would stay again.

We didnt spend much tome at the property, just one night before leaving Lisbon. We had the penthouse suite at the top and it was great - very clean, nice comforlrtable beds, very spacious and interesting decoration. We had to take an early flight the nwxt mor kng so they brought our breakfast up to the room and put it in the refrigerator for us so we could eat before leaving, which I really appreciated

The hotel was centrally located in the heart of Lisbon. The guest services were exceptional. They gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions. Great breakfast was delivered each morning and rooms were cleaned daily. You could walk to all transportation services. Across the street from a beautiful park with outdoor dining, etc. Exceeded all our expectations!! There wasn't anything we didn't like. A great way to begin your morning and end your day.

Owner went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed. This included a parking spot right in front, breakfast left early for my son who had an early flight, great recommendations for restaurants, personally showing us to our room, etc

Great communication in advance, with airport transfers to and from the airport arranged with ease.. Breakfast delivered to the room was great and more than we could eat!.. comfy beds, air con, and plenty of space for bags, jackets etc.. we had an early check out with flights and Catarina arranged for breakfast items to be delivered to our fridge the evening before so we could make sandwiches etc.. lovely local feeling restaurant called Fernandinho does great fish and recommend ice cream from sorbettino just a few mins walk away.. save space for the pastel de nata.. we consumed many!!! and a great place Manteigaria is again a few mins walk away!

Small Boutique Hotel in the Center of all the attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. The staff, Tomas, Katherine, and Paulo are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They will make your holiday more enjoyable. They helped us find the neighborhood gems in local eateries. They gave us great info on which streets to take in order to avoid many hills and steps. I would return and stay with them. That's how great this place is.

An ideal location in Lisbon with shops, restaurants, and bars right out your door. Spacious, comfortable, quiet apartment despite being on a central plaza. A wonderful breakfast is delivered to your door every morning. The staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and do everything to ensure a great stay.

I highly recommend on staying in Chiado arty Flats. The place is beautiful, location is amazing and the service is excellent. I stayed there for over a week and I felt like home.Breakfast served to the room and its various, fresh and very good.
