Excellent hotel. Enjoyed every minute

The hotel was in a good location. It was a 20 minute walk to cathedral. The staff were very friendly. Our room size was fine but it had a leaky shower and the room could do with a coat of paint. Downstairs was very clean and all staff very helpful.The swimming pool is very small so dont expect to swim in it.

Lovely modern hotel with chic décor and friendly staff. Area is very calm and quiet but just a short walk to bars/restaurants. Room was lovely and shower absolutely amazing. Nice little pool area on the roof to get a tan.

The staff were excellent and helpful. We had a terrace room much was nice, but unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us to use it! Rained all four days. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work properly and there were a few minor issues that needed attention. Things such as a dripping sound from behind the toilet, cracks around the shower, room needed hoovering and the lift wasn’t working, but these were minor in the scheme of things. Just small improvements would improve the whole look of the hotel. Excellent location and communal area/dining area was really lovely. Would stay again.

Fantastic 3 night stay here, cant fault anything, starting with the friendly welcome from Eva on reception, followed by easy check-in, spotlessly clean room, great bed, great shower, very quiet at night. Little touches like stocked fridge, free toothbrush, all toiletries, sliders and bath robes, this is hotel that knows customer relationships. Central to pretty much everything, its in the fantastic old town with its cobbled streets and buzzing local family run bars and business, such a laid back atmosphere. 15 mins walk to Cathedral, Alcazar and Triana main stretch. 10 mins to the Metropole Parasol, 2 mins from Hercules strip where you find all the locals having a great time, so many local/cultural bars/eateries and so friendly. Love travelling to new places but we will definitely be coming back to Seville and we will also definitely be staying at the perfect One Shot Palacio.

Lovely hotel with an amazing central courtyard. Very close to bars and restaurants but quiet at night. Staff were really helpful and allowed us to change rooms when we had an issue. We’ll be back.

Do not book Room 302., too small to move, . had to put chair on terrace and take case to reception as room too small to move with it. wardrobe not big enough for two people. payed a prermium for a terrace, but then to room size was comprimised,

This hotel is simply great, with walkable distance to bars and restaurants. I had the economy room and the size was good, fantastic bed and pillows, nice balcony to a picturesque street, and bathroom with all the amenities. Now, the WiFi was terrible/not working and I had to buy extra data for three days.

Great location, very walkable into the main old town area. Loved the hotels uniqueness, a great mix of old and modern. Beds were super comfortable. Very friendly front reception staff, who were very helpful. The small roof terrace pool was perfect after a day of walking. Would most certainly return.

Paula on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Location convenient for walking everywhere with a square 2 mins up the road. Nice decor. Be good if there was drinks service at the pool…but at least it has a pool.

Amazing trendy area full of classic spanish charm. Friday nights are incredible - everybody out eating and drinking and socialising without a hint of boisterous behavior. Easy walk to the hot spots like the cathedral. Loved Seville.

Last minute booking based on Expedia reviews, and we agree, friendly welcome to a clean hotel, well located for walking all around Sevilla. Excellent breakfast that kept us going all day. Special mention to Paula on reception who was exceptionally helpful, thankyou.

Had a 3 night stay, beautiful building and the staff and facilities were excellent. The pool was a "God send" as it was very hot....

Fabulous hotel, very clean, luxury bathroom and the best bed I have probably ever slept in! Very quiet area, but close to walk to everything. Fantastic breakfast with lots of choice. Parking available, but you need a small car as it’s very tight snd the car has to go underground in a lift!! Friendly helpful staff, a great stay. The ceiling in our room was stunning! The pool was lovely after a day of sightseeing

The staff is very kind and reactive. It’s a really beautiful hotel in a lovely and calm street. It’s perfect for resting. The swimingpool on the roof top is incredible. Everything was perfect.

A real mixed review. Stayed at the hotel previously and was disappointed with return visit. Trying to give a balanced review. Cons: 1. €20 deposit for a pool towel - at a 4* hotel!! Mine went missing when I left the pool for a few minutes. The hotel have refused to return deposit / provide another pool towel. Do not expect this service paying for a suite for 5 nights. 2. The hotel staff are friendly but seem to not have authority to make any decision to put the issue right. The chain has about 10 hotels and appear to not give the friendly staff the ability to make any decisions outside of their set rules. 3. Bar area is cluttered with lots of screens and not often open 4. Difficult to get sun lounger at certain times of day. 5. Limited breakfast selection. 6. No coffee machine in room. Pros: 1. Hotel in a good location. 2. Suite is large with interesting decor and well cleaned (apart from the day they forgot to clean the room that had a clean me sign on all day - edit: bed made whilst out for dinner and towels before dinner) 3. Roof pool is clean and good size. 4. The price of stay was reasonable. Overall I think the little detail is missing and if management wanted this could be a great little hotel - but I won’t be staying again.

The hotel is a beautifully renovated authentic building that perfectly fits the Sevilla athmosphere. It is in a rather quiet street but a few steps away from the liveliness of the bohemian Feria neighborhood. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with a nice choice of sweet and savory. Sufficient options for vegans. Rooms are on the small side but in perfect shape and cosy. Sanitary is flawless. The hairdryer is really good and modern. There is a small toothbrush if you missed it. We struggled a bit with the airco; the lowest setting was a bit to intense for the night but without it is was to warm. Window open not an option because of street noises. There is no coffee machine or water boiler in the room, which we found disappointing. All in all we enjoyed our stay a lot and we would certainly come again.

Very nice terrace to enjoy warm evenings. The building is a high'level conversion of an old palace, with courtyards and a nice restaurant.

It was architecturally attractive, the rooms were very ‘smart’ with lovely fixtures and fittings. As a couple of English in our sixties we would have loved tea and coffee making facilities, but understand this may be a bit naff !

Hotel was ok, It was quiet and bed was comfy. Carpet was worn and stained. Room was a bit small and upgrades were not available. I did not like the shower fixture. Air conditioner worked great.
