Clean, toilet separate from shower-a must for me but uncommon in some part of Cambodia, quiet, very comfortable bed, and nice staff

A little away from the main town but only a short tuk tuk ride. The staff are very helpful and attentive. We ate in both the hotel’s restaurants which are excellent. The large pool area was lovely to relax around after sightseeing. We used the gym and spa, again, excellent facilities. Highly recommend this place.

A wonderful place to escape

We had an excellent stay at the resort. The service was top notch (a special thank you to Vinn and Somaly for great assistance and advice), the pool fantastic and so was the breakfast (good selection and quality), we had dinner twice at the resort (also very good). The hotel is quiet and we had about a 20 min walk to downtown and e.g. Pub Street (we always walked and captured the local life). We certainly recommend the place and will definitely come back if we go to Siem Reap again.

This is the 39th country. I mainly stay with the Marriott group, and this is the best hotel I've ever experienced. The rooms have high ceilings, are very spacious and comfortable, and are well kept. The linen is also high quality and wonderful. The service staff always greeted us with a smile and said kind words. Although I broke a vase, they didn't charge me and they thanked me for staying the night. As for the meals, the breakfast isn't huge, but it has the basic Western and ethnic foods. The omelets were excellent and the breakfast and dinner were all excellent. Although it is located on the outskirts of town, you can get to the center by Tok Tok in 10 minutes for about 200 yen. I also wanted to enjoy the large pool if I had time. I recommend this place for Japanese people. I'm sure you'll have a wonderful trip.

We stayed at Memoire Palace Resort & Spa during our visit to Siem Reap. The whole experience was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The moment we arrived, we were greeted with such great hospitality. The property is stunning, and our room was clean and beautiful. There is plenty of variety to choose from at breakfast. The food was delicious. Without hesitation, we would come back in a heartbeat. We highly recommend this hotel!

From check in from front desk staffs, manager, food services, drivers , all they’re staffs are very friendly, they are all accommodating and nice. Rooms are clean and easy access.

Great deal for a more isolated stay away from the Siem Reap party scene. Room was spacious, comfortable, well kept, and one of the better places we stayed at in the region. The only issues are as the hotel reopens, not all facilities, like the salt pool, are open. Great space if you are traveling with family or large group.

Fabulous hotel. Staff and service went above a beyond our expectations. Pool area and rooms were the best of our 4 month travels through Southeast Asia. A little removed from the downtown core (short 10 min Tuk Tuk ride to PubStreet). The Area and roads surrounding the hotel need some work but it gives it character.

It is clean and well kept. The room is large enough to accommodate three of us.

Staff are so nice! Rooms and pools are so clean. Beautiful landscape gardening too. Only the location is a bit far from town. $3 tuk tuk ride away. Not a deal breaker. Try the spa and massage. The staff are so professional.

Property was very well maintained on the outside and the layout is nice. You overlook the swimming pool and bridge over the pool to the bar. The staff are very very friendly, helpful and kind. Always smiling at everyone and very respectful. Hotel room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Also very quiet. The commute to pub street is just a few min away. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and plenty of shopping / bargains to made. I would recommend Memoire to my friends and family if they ever travel to Cambodia

This is the best resort hotel in Siem Reap. Hotel is brand new and kept in a very clean condition. Special credits to Vanna and team to be very helpful and taking care of the guest, just feel like the second home elsewhere! will definitely recommend if you want to have some quality relaxing time in Siem Reap

The hotel staff made the already perfect hotel that much more amazing! They were always kind, smiling, and eager to please! Included in the room rate is an amazing in-room breakfast and access to beautiful spa! The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were luxurious. There were two fabulous restaurants on the property. All of the tuck tuck drivers knew where the hotel was, and it was only a short tuck tuck ride from Pub Street and the night market. After we checked out and did a half day tour, we came back to the hotel to pick up our luggage to head to the airport. They had a driver ready for us. Amazingly they offered us to take showers before we left in their spa, then offered us all a 15 min foot and leg rub before our long travel home! It was sooo kind and thoughtful! I would go back to Siem Reap just to stay at this hotel again. They got everything right, from the gorgeous pools to the cleanliness of the facility. The hotel was the highlight of our stay in Siem Reap. We all loved it... I just can’t say enough about how impressed we were!

Had a lovely stay, the staff were awesome and made an effort to go the exta mile. Nothing was too much for them.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. We got to choose from a variety of welcome drinks (most hotels only have one choice!). We were then upgraded to a Villa Suite which was just incredible with the most beautiful views. We ordered room service that evening as we were very tired from travelling and they gave us complimentary wine. The breakfast team were so amazing, friendly, warm, kind, and welcoming every morning. The hotel is located very close to town, the food was great, the pool was amazing, the views incredible, but most of all - the staff made a wonderful difference. Each and every one of them deserve acknowledgement as they all went above and beyond during our stay. We loved it so much that we booked an extra night with them. Thank you for making our trip so memorable Vanna, Srey, Put Sa, Rathana (and others whose names I have forgotten). I cannot wait to come back again one day :)

최고였습니다 the best hotel ever!! 자연경관, 수영장, 객실, 직원서비스, 조식 무엇하나 흠잡을 데가 없었어요 일단 산책로가 너무 잘 되어있구요 주변이 조용하고 좋아요 수영장!!! The pool is the best! It feels like Venezia! It was so amazing. 객실도 참 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 고급스럽고 시공도 잘 되어 있어요. 무엇보다 직원들이 핵친절. 서비스가 뭔지 아는 분들입니다. 한국 비싼 호텔보다 더 친절해요~~ 조식도 다채롭고 맛있고 주방장까지 대동해 음식 괜찮냐고 물어봐주는 클라스 ~~ ㅠㅠ 특히 직접구운 빵이 너무 맛있더라구요. 참, 이곳에 오면 웰컴 샴페인까지 준답니다 ㅎ 특히나 제 생일인걸 세심하게 살펴 케이크로 깜짝 파티까지 해주어서 정말 못잊을 것 같아요. 여권을 봤나봐요 이야기 하지도 않았는데 정말 고마웠어요 ㅠㅠ I appreciated that you guyz threw me a surprise birthday party.
