This hotel has beat minimal essentials. You get towels and 1 bar of soap. No coffee pot or coffee in the lobby. You get a refrigerator, microwave and 2 burner but no pots or pans. If you want to rent them it's $39.99. if you need another towel it will cost you $1.75. we will never stay there again. Only plus about it it's a pet friendly hotel.

Great staff. Fran and Lisa are spectacular. Always accommodating. The rest of the staff, from front desk to housekeeping are friendly and always there when you need them. The rooms are nice and most important, CLEAN!!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to people that are coming to Deerfield beach and even Boca Raton. Go ahead. Treat yourself.

Arrived around 1am, and there was no one at the door. Had to ring for the front door man. Place was clean enough. Beds were comfortable. Some visible wear on the building, but overall, I would stay again. I was just passing through town—wasn’t staying here for an extended time.

Very loud residents. Staff did nothing to stop the behavior. Bed was HORRIBLE. Water pressure was very weak. WiFi dropped constantly. We did not feel safe here because of the location and clientele. MOLD was growing on the bathroom walls.

Though it was a roof over my head, this was one of the worst extended stay places I stayed last over the years. First, I had some lady on the phone lie to me that I was supposed to check-in by 6 PM. You can check-in after 10 PM, but be prepared to wait a long time. My room was switched after the first tonight because the water pump in the toilet was broken in room 309. Then, room 332 had a clogged drain in the tub every time I used it, as well as a blood stain on the bathroom floor. The carpets in the hallways are in desperate need of a steam cleaning. And, the parking lot has a huge amount of broken glass everywhere. Despite all of that, the sheets, kitchen, and bathroom were very clean.

I arrived at the hotel at 10:00 PM, expecting to check in smoothly. However, there was no one at the front desk to assist me. I was instructed to call a phone number for assistance, and I spent a considerable amount of time on the call, being told that someone would be sent to help me check in. Unfortunately, no one ever arrived, and I was left waiting for an unacceptable amount of time.
Due to this lack of service, I had no choice but to find another hotel for the night. This situation caused me significant inconvenience and distress, especially as I was traveling and needed to rest. I find it unacceptable that there was no staff available to attend to guests at such a late hour and that the alternative assistance provided was ineffective.

Other than the uncomfortable bed and the light under the microwave that couldn’t be turned off, it was ok. Probably 2 dozen chickens roaming the parking lot was the highlight of the visit!!

It was a great experience room was clean and I ended up checking in kind of late and the young lady at the front was very accommodating I will definitely be back

You have to pay $2 for towel. $10 for cleaning service request. Cleaning service is after 2 weeks.

Entire place smelled horrible , especially the elevator , trash all over parking lot from guests . Stains on walls and linens and couch bed was uncomfortable and old and falling apart . Would not recommend

The hotel was very basic . No breakfast included at this location , but the price is good for a clean room with a kitchen . No utensils or cooking supplies are included but are sold at the front desk . Right next door to a Cracker Barrel so affordable meals are in walking distance

Room needs an update in furniture such as chairs, closets, there was lots of dust under the bed. Other than that bed was comfortable for the one night me and my husband had to spend there.

Property did not meet expectations. Queen size bed, that was promised, was smaller than some double beds. Staff said all beds in that property were the same size. To her credit, the desk clerk called their other places but nobody had a bigger bed.

Customer service were unprofessional. Didn’t give us the welcome speech and the sudden changes to breakfast and towels. False advertisement. When we reserved our room it stated free breakfast. The next day, no breakfast. They stated they just stopped it. Towels, went to ask the cleaning lady to get new towels, with an attitude, she stated to go see the front desk. Front desk stated that they just initiated towel service for $1.75. No where on the website that it stated this service. Never in over 40*yrs have I EVER PAID FOR TOWEL SERVICE. Lastly, folks are living there as if it’s an apartment. Rules of smoking aren’t enforced. Worst part, folks are doing drugs. Very bad experience. I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE TO STAY THERE.

When I arrived to check in, I had to wait at least 5 mins for the receptionist to arrive. After checking in, there were no cart dollies. There were none available for check out at well. I don’t even know what the dollies look like….
The room had a distinct mildew smell. Overall it was clean-ish, but a bit old-looking. Not every guest will appreciate the height of the bed. The bed frames are a bit too tall and can slide if you don’t sit on them properly. The bed itself was fine.
The shower head had a lot of orange deposit on it. Hot water disappeared for about 3 mins then came back. Only one trash can in the whole room was located in the bathroom. Very glad I only had one night there. I have no idea how you can do an extended stay here without going crazy.

Unfortunately this property is being used as a residence for some families. Also it is being used as temporary residence for recently released inmates. The room had a strange smell. I ended up placing a car freshener in the ac vent. The linen wasn’t clean. The staff commented on how the linen wasn’t clean even after being washed. I can say however the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would not stay or recommend this location to anyone.

This place smells from the hallway to the room . The breakfast was very much a lie there was only coffee and muffins that was gone before 7:30-8:00 . No one address the smell the fridge in the room made noise so sleep was out of mind and sight . People hang out in the lobby in sleepers. No pool also the tv remote did not even work we had to call several times to get that replaced I do not recommend this locations

The shower and sink didn't drain. Only one person was able to take a shower. Hair everywhere on floor and bed sheets, no parking was available we had to search for parking, there were clearly signs of prostitution going on in and around this establishment. Blankets were itching and slight smell the bathroom rowels were old raggedy and somewhat warn out. I am totally displeased with these things my crew had to deal with no one got sleep.
