Good accommodations and in a great walkable area. The room has a sewage smell and we could not determine where it was coming from. The host responded quickly to a blocked bathroom sink but did not respond to repeated questions on check out procedures.

Small buy full equipped room for me, a solo traveler. I didn’t ask too much at the host Tihomir but he seemed very helpful toward the guests

The owner greeted us and met us at the door and assisted us up with our baggage. The accommodation was spacious and with ample air conditioning. A small kitchen to prepare snacks and breakfast and coffee etc. also appreciated that there is a small clothes washer in the apt.

We had a very comfortable 3 night stay here. Tihomar contacted us the day prior to arrival to organise our check in and was very flexible about the time as we were uncertain of the exact time we would get there. We were able to contact him when we were approaching Zagreb to update him and agree an exact time. He sent us a link to a parking garage about an 8 min (flat) walk away so we could drop off our luggage before returning our rental car.
On arrival at the apartment we got good information about the heating, washing machine etc and the milk and drinks left in the fridge for us were a lovely touch. We felt very welcome and comfortable in the apartment and the location is excellent - a short walk to restaurants, shopping streets, trams and to the funicular (or stairs if you prefer) up to the old town. The meeting point for our tour the next day was also just a short 3 min walk away. Doesn't get much better than this.

The apartment was lovely with a balcony to sit out on. It overlooked an inner courtyard so was very quiet. A short walk to the pedestrian district with lots of shopping and restaurants.

Tihomer (“T”) was the perfect host. We arrived late on Easter Sunday which meant much in the city was closed on Sunday & Monday. But T communicated well, greeted us, gave us pointers on things to see, and had the apartment ready with all the amenities we could need. Thank you so much!

From the warm welcome at check in to leaving this accommodation was excellent. Location central but quiet, within very easy walking to the main square and surrounding attractions. Super comfy bed and pillows, The A/C was efficient, the washing machine a welcome facility whilst travelling!

Perfect location set back slightly from main square but so close to parks, main sights, many cafes and restaurants. Host was amazing and super responsive and helpful we will be back again. 😍🙏

The apartment is beautifully furnished. When we arrived there was a welcome pack in the fridge, which was greatly appreciated. The room is soundproofed with air conditioning. Down the end of the street are restaurants, bars and the old town. We loved our stay here

Great location, just a few blocks from the city center. Very walkable with great restaurants nearby. The host was very nice and thorough and gave great recommendations.

Let me start off with location,location,location! Next is cleanliness,safety,condition of property. Host Tihomir is excellent,great communications from the time I booked to arrival and subsequent stay. Note to those who are interested in booking , this is a 3rd flr walk up apt,no elevator BUT host was there to help bring luggages upstairs. IF you have mobility issues and have multiple luggages this is not the place for you. This was not the case for me so I really enjoyed my stay. 3 mins walk to Ban Jelacic sq, restaurants and shopping around,2 mins to the park. Zagreb is easy to navigate but it helps that property is right in the center of it all! again this isnt a property for those who have issues with stairs. Thank you Tihomir my my lovely stay.

Beautifully modernized apartments in this historic building with so much character! Our host graciously met us there even after flight delays and helped carry our luggage up to the 2nd floor. Great location near parks, Old Town and great sight-seeing. Croatian hospitality plus❣️

Lovely flat, beautifully appointed and sparkling clean. Its the perfect location, particularly if you have small children and want everything at your doorstep. We loved the Advent festival - it felt like the whole city was out on a beautiful winter's eve enjoying the lights, food and displays.

We stayed in this property for two nights and it went above our expectations. The studio apartment we had came equipped with excellent facilities, and we were met outside of the apartment by Kreso who showed us around, explained how everything worked and gave us tips and recommendations for the city. The apartment is in a great location with easy access to the restaurants, shops and museums. Would definitely stay here again!

I spent considerable time and effort preparing an unbiased, positive and comprehensive review of this property for altruistic reasons only to have your system send it to the error bin. This has happened before. If you are genuinely interested in informing your clients rather than your pocket you wouldn’t do this. I am fed up with Hotels.com about this.
