Very friendly front desk. I had asked online for a room above 1 st floor but was given a first floor room. The bathroom had a most ridiculous sink- you could barely get your hands under the water. The breakfasts were wonderful. The fan blew right onto the bed making it uncomfortable but it was necessary since it was so hot when I was there.

Great, quiet and clean. My one and only “complaint” would be that they did not have orange juice in the breakfast buffet. Wonderful place to stay!

I always enjoy staying at a Hampton Inn, especially when traveling with my family. Everything at this Hampton was up to standard, except for the pool area. I would not normally mind, but when you choose a hotel like a Hampton, and pay extra so your kids can enjoy a swim after a week of camping in the parks, and they are psyched up for that, it is hard to see their disappointment. The pool was so green with algie that could not bring ourselves to get in. The whirlpool was down for maintenance. We complained to the GM but the next morning it was all the same. If you have kids that want to swim, I would look for anther place!

Absolutely loved the level of hospitality as soon as we arrived. The breakfast was great. My kids were able to enjoy the pool, unfortunately the hot tub was not working.

Possibly the most distracted view in this hotel (the pool room roof is right below us), but that’s unique to this room, we’ve been here many times and no other has this problem. Floor boards in the bathroom (room 201) need some minor grout repairs, but otherwise is great.

The his is such an amazing hotel with an amazing staff. The room was large and comfortable. The staff helped me extend my stay and were so accommodating when I confused my check out date due to my mom being in the hospital. They were so kind and helpful and I am grateful to them.

I was terribly disappointed that my 80 year old father reserved this room because my 77 year old mother was hospitalized across the street. They released her to go home and we live 4 hours away so we tried to cancel and the hotel and the hotels.com would not cancel it for a refund. So we were charged full price of 215$ and we never stepped foot on the property.

Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on including my own at home. The place was nice, clean, and spacious. We got there at 1 am and the front desk was so friendly and accommodating even at that hour.

Have a house update with water shut-off - so this stay was not intense usage of hotel amenities but have stayed here at other times - before COVID. Glad to see that the staff is just as giving as my other visits to this hotel.

Everything was good except when it came time to check out. The price went up every time I talked to the front desk and I couldn't get a receipt for what I would actually be billed because it was booked through a third party. I still don't know what I paid for the room. There are two charges pending on my card - the price it should be and an inflated price that includes an incidental charge.

Spent one night in order to visit grandkids in the area. We enjoyed the hotel very much. It was clean, well designed and comfortable rooms, plenty of soaps and shampoos available with a small coffeemaker in the room. Breakfast starts at 6 am and was quite good. Brought our granddaughter over to swim in the morning. The pool area was clean and enjoyable.

The rooms are very dark due to cheap lamps and bulbs. We could not see!! Put a lamp in the ceiling so when it's needed by the paying customers, they can see. No thoughts were given to the bathroom as a 4" faucet sink that gets more water on the counters than down the sink that makes a constant watery mess. Toilet so close to the wall it was a faceplant on the wall to wipe our butts. Mind you, area for toilet was wide enough if it were centered. The beds were hard, old, too high for some folks. Memory foam is the way to go

easy access to main roads to get to all of the adventures that we had in and around Boulder and Lafayette. friendly staff. good selection of breakfast foods in the morning. the hot tub was down for repairs, but the workout room was well equipped.
