My family very much enjoyed our one night stay at the villa. The villa is conveniently located, elegantly decorated, Nicky cleaned and well stocked. Host Sigurour was most friendly and informative.

The Villa was lovely. Plenty of room for us with privacy. The natural spring hot tub and sauna were very relaxing after long adventurous days. Black out curtains made sleeping pleasant. Host was accommodating by allowing us an early arrival after a long overnight flight. The kitchen was well appointed down to spices and expressions for the mornings. Wonderful place and country.

A very stylish and comfortable place, awesome hot tub and sauna. Convenient location, a very short drive to downtown and the Sky Lagoon. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Totally worth it.

Place is Amazing! Beds are incredibly comfortable, hot tub is great, sauna has views over Reykjavik and to the mountains beyond, the place is fully stocked with anything you could need. Highest recommendation.

Hands down the most pleasant place to stay. The pictures of the views of the city and mountains do not do it justice. Super convenient to the roads to go to the South coast and Golden a circle. The house was very clean, modern, well equipped, and the Sauna and hot tub made an already wonderful place out of this world. Communication was great and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

This property wasabsolutely amazing. Myself and my family always stay at holiday rentals and this was by far the best we have experienced. The condition of the property, the location and the attentiveness of the host, Sigurour, was above expectations. Every aspect of the property itself was high spec which is unusual for a holiday let at this price.

The views and amenities for this place are amazing. The apartment had absolutely everything you could want. The host was very happy to show us around and made us feel very welcome. The hot tub was just the "icing on the cake" for us - many thanks. I have never slept in such a comfy bed!! I would highly recommend both apartment & location x

After spending a few hours researching places to stay for our family group of six this Villa really stood out. So glad we booked it! Easy trips to dining and down town and a great view, especially at night made it great to come home to every night.

My family (2 teens and husband) stayed here on the first 2 nights of our trip to Iceland and could not have been more delighted with the villa. The location is just outside of Reykjavík up on a hill and you can see the major city sights from the window. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The bedrooms have blackout shades to keep out the midnight sun and the beds were also quite comfortable. And coming back to the apartment after a day of touring and soaking in the hot tub was just heavenly! Highly recommended!

This property was excellent location, with an amazing host, and the views of Reykvavik are as seen in the photos. The hot tub on the property is also a great extra. Our host made us feel welcomed and at home in his home. Staying outside of Reykavavik allowed us free parking to then not have to waste time finding/worry about parking. The property had everything a family would need to excel at making memories in this great city.

I booked this place 6 of us (4 adults, 2 kids) and it was perfect as our near Reyjkavik home base. The unit itself was wonderfully appointment. It had a great sitting area for the kids to do kids things, and enough space for everyone. Sigurdur met us on arrival and gave us a quick tour. Very nice and a wonderful host. A all around!

We were very pleased with this apartment and the owner was very kind. The view was spectacular, the hot tub was a lot of fun, and the accommodations were lovely. We enjoyed having a whole apartment rather than a hotel room, and we were able to make food at the apartment rather than go out for every meal. I would highly recommend this property!

Excellent base for exploring the area. The apartment is clean, well equipped and stocked with essentials. A lovely warm and homely base to come back to after a day of exploring. The view from the terrace was incredible. We didn’t get lucky with the Northern Lights but we were there for New Year and the fireworks were unbelievable. Whenever you visit, I’m sure the view won’t disappoint. We didn’t meet the host, but we had no need to. Everything was just as described and he answered our questions quickly. A brilliant place to stay!

We would like to give Sigurdur’s and his villa the warmest review, from the moment you arrive and until you leave you feel like home, it’s a luxury apartment with all equipment you will ever need for your trip and the apartment is so nice decorated with furniture’s from all over the world and there is a big new kitchen. You feel special here! The heating floor and the bath outside made us stay here instead of going to the blue lagune. Sitting on the terrace with a great warm bath coming from the ground looking at the museum of Pearland and Reykjavik when it full storm outside cannot be described, you need to experience it. Stop looking, book this, you came to the right place!

It was an absolutely beautiful apartment, perfect for a romantic trip away or for friends who are also looking to spend some time in the house! This property is too relaxing and homely to not spend time in it! Super clean, incredibly comfortable beds and showers, great hot tub outside and view of the city! Would definitely recommend. Note however, this is in the suburbs outside Reykjavík. We had a rental car, which made it easily accessible to town. It’s in a very residential area, with industrial parks and shopping malls nearby but not really walking distance. We had a great time here and host was responsive at all times!
