Bathroom: mold, unsafe shower doors, tile floor has very uneven tiles that are unsafe for the elderly & the disabled people that have a shuffle gait, tiles are so uneven their corners are elevated by 1/2 " resulting in trip hazards. Complaints to the Manager were dismissed with excuses, ie: "I'm new", "I need a maintenance person", "I just got a new budget for paint"....blah, blah. We have stayed at this Hampton location multiple times a year since it opened. It has continuously degraded in maintenance & routine care. I doubt we will stay there in the future. Now, fix the damn bathroom mold & unsafe tiles!

Great little hotel, well staffed and clean. Couldn't get the game on the TV but that was the worst that happened during our visit. The breakfasts are generous and rotated items so we didn't have the same thing everyday. The laundry facility is small but clean and more than comfortable. If you needed anything, check with the front desk. They probably have it. They were able to provide everything we needed.

The first two rooms were very dirty so had to change rooms three times. Staff were very helpful but cleanliness was definitely an issue.

Check in was delayed because the room wasn't ready (we were told they were short-staffed in housekeeping) which was fine - we squatted in the lobby. However, there were things missing from the room (extra pillows, blankets, coffee cups, water, cups, coffee), so I had to call down to the front desk. I had to call the front desk several times to get the extra pillows/comforters before we could go to sleep (took about 3 hours to get them) and was told the hotel was out of coffee cups :-( (how does that happen at a hotel??)

I would definitely stay here again for several reasons. The doors shut quietly, so no slamming. Beds and linens were good. The bed was not wobbly. Shower very large and roomy and large bathroom counter. The breakfast was much better than I expected, with yogurt, eggs, sausage, potatoes, non-instant oatmeal. There were healthy options.

Overbooked hotel, tried to check in at 5:30, room not ready, was told my rooms were secure and not to worry, came back at 8 and they gave my contracted room away. New room did not work with my group, had to accept it or sleep in car😕

The carpet is filthy in the room and the hallways. Stained and haven’t been vacuumed in forever. The bathroom, specifically the shower area, had mold and buildup in the corners and outside the doors. The soap dish on the sink had soap build up on it. The towels smelled. The housekeeping is seriously lacking. You could hear people stomping on the floor above you so it was hard to get to sleep. The walls were paper thin.

The only negative was house keeping. The were supposed to come every other day. We were there Tuesday to Friday. Had to go to front desk for fresh towels and we emptied our own trash. Amenities were not restocked.

We were in town for a bicycle conference. We had a wonderful experience and time at the hotel. The one issue we did have with my son's room, the manager (Stewart) handled well with great customer service. We would definitely stay here again if we come back into town for the bike Conference next summer, and we would highly recommend this hotel to others who are looking for a great place for your family to stay.

This room was reserved in advance, by my husband and I for our adult son for the bicycle conference we were attending. Initially, it was quite disappointing because he was put in a room that should not have been in use.. it had a torn apart dysfunctional air conditioner unit. With the temperatures in the high 80s and 90s, it was a very hot room and very disappointing that our son was put in this room and not in a functional proper room. However the manager, Stewart, redeemed the situation by giving us a refund when it was all said and done. However, our recommendation to the hotel is not to put customers in rooms like these. But we are grateful that they at least gave a refund for the room.

Well there was a power outage due to severe weather and on Friday no electricity. Staff accommadated us and moved us to 1st floor. My mother is 90 snd could not clumb stairs since no elevator. Staff was always available and manager on site. Hoping we get compensation for friday due to no electric.

We were a group of 24 people. We wanted to have a pizza and salad dinner for our group one night in the hotel breakfast room, The staff was very accommodating. They let us use their bowls and tongs for our salad. We were very pleased with their willingness to help us out.

Room 120 was damp and moldy smelling to the point of having bedding damp to the touch. We had to leave the air running the entire time to stand the smell. Lots of stains in the bathroom. Out of order main hallway restrooms. Just really gross.

The room was spacious, updated, modern and clean. The carpet in the hall was a bit stained but the rooms were perfect. The breakfast was great. Tea, coffee, water in common area amazing and parking was free.

Overall, it's fine. I would stay there again for a night or two. However there are lots of areas for improvement. Some they can do something about, others they can't. The ceiling above the shower had a lot of discoloration and some separation in the corners. The mattress felt quite old. The faucet on the sink in the bathroom is positioned in such a way that you can't possibly use it without getting water all over the counter. Thankfully they give you a lot of towels. The fridge ran constantly but nothing ever got cold inside. None of these drastically affected my stay, just things I noticed. Again, I'd stay there again if it was short term.

The hotel was lovely, the rm was very comfoand tastefully furnished. The gentleman that checked me in however told me I had to check out at 6am, which confused me. I found out when checking out before 6am tgat he told me wrong. The lady that checked me out was most pleasant!

Nice hotel, really good breakfast (yummy scones and fried potatoes), gross shower(moldy) and super uncomfortable pull out couch. Also our room smelled funky- like spices or something odd. The lady who was working the breakfast was friendly and cleaned up promptly- she did great! They just need to get someone in to do some deep cleaning.

Property was good, felt a little pricey for what it was at $189 a night, but maybe that’s just inflation, hard to say. Overall no complaints, breakfast was excellent so that’s probably the best thing to shout out here

Bathroom was dirty. Dried urine around the toilet base. Shower had hair in it. Slides and flip flops left in closet. Musty smell and dirty carpet. We went to another hotel after 1 night.

Loran was the only staff that was helpful. We would ask the early staff for something and they would tell us house keeping will do it, they didn’t. Loran would provide toilet paper to us when there was none in the room.

We once again enjoyed our stay at this location. There is a very nice breakfast. Check in was okay, receptionist could have been a little more friendly, she was kind of shy. A list of local restaurants would be helpful, the receptionist tried to tell us where some were, but it was hard to remember it all out. We would definitely stay there again.
