Perfectly fine. I was scared of past reviews, but the room smelled good, looked good and felt good, which was all I was asking for.

Broken toilet seat. Broken door secondary lock. Clear evidence door had been broken through. Light streaming in around the door. One bedside light wouldn’t stay on. Nonsmoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. Towels and washcloths were unraveling. I paid what the booking said but should have paid about 1/2 of what I did, but NEVER would have booked it knowing what I know now.

Wifi worked fine.

The towels were dirty. The bathroom wasn't cleaned.

This was a bad bad property. Booked it quickly without researching.

Paid for room with cash. People living at this property. Wife found a bedbug crawling up her are shortly after laying upon the bed. Owner had gone for the day and we could not get our money back. Fled to a different hotel to avoid the bed bug issue.

There is nothing redeeming about this hotel. Dark and dangerous location. The room was filthy and the sheets, blanket and towels were all stained. Crumbs and hair on sheets pillows. Don’t get me started on what the mattress pad looked like! Bathroom nasty and had to clean counter myself. The shower was stained beyond belief and the shower curtain was frightening. I told the office I wanted clean sheets and they said they did not have access to them. The next sleepless morning I told the office I would not stay another night bc of how bad it was. I asked them to refund the night I would not be staying. She tried to get ahold of the manager,Sonny, who she clearly dreaded talking to. He told her to refund my money but did not tell her how. I had to leave for a graduation and was told to contact him directly after the weekend. Which I did and he refused to refund it even though he told the employee to do it. I am amazed they are in business. The place should be condemned.

It was disgusting and dirty

I didn’t like anything about this hotel.

I don’t think they clean this place. The sheets had a stain on them. The towels had something crusty. I was in a non smoking room but there were cigarette burns on the tub. There were holes in the wall and the walls were caked in dirt. The window was cracked and patched with tape. People lived here and normally, I don’t have a problem with that but they were outside pretty late.

As you approach the facility and see it in the distance, tired and worn out from driving all day, you start to feel relief that you have finally arrived. Then as you get closer, you start to feel anxiety. When you park your car in the small, stone and grass parking area and see what the facility actually looks like, you feel very disappointed. I liked the anticipation of having a safe, clean place to stay, but it was only anticipation, not reality.

The advertised photos are completely misleading! The location is in a part of town that makes you want to stay in your car. The condition and smell of the building looks like it has had no maintenance done in many years. There is no reason to restrict access to the front desk, unless the hotel staff is concerned about their own safety (reference to location).

Close to venue

People living there. Holes in walls and shower. No extra towels allowed. Given 2 towels 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel. Had to beg for 1 more washcloth and 1 more hand towel. Pillows flat and uncomfortable. Had to buy a pillow from Wal-Mart. Didn't read my request for bottom floor. Had I to insist on it. Bottom floor are all the people living there and smoking pot.

It had hot water.

It is a flop house. The room next door had traffic in and out all night . Plus vehicles pulling in and out honking horns and playing loud music between 2 am and 5 am.

Staff disgusting dirty, outdated

checking in from the outside of building in the inclement weather at 3pm. Not good.
