We had a first floor room and could hear the person above us moving around all night. There were stains on the sheets.
The pillows on my bed had a body odor smell. I don't think they were clean. The carpet was stained in the room.

Plenty of parking, clean and modern decor, spacious hallways, friendly front desk, nicely appointed and well lit rooms with stand up shower. Everything felt like new, including the mattress!

Everything was newer. It smelled good, it was in a safe environment. The breakfast, water, tea and coffee is one of the amenities I look for when selecting a place. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean.
My booking.com had a king for 159 and then had a king studio with balcony for 179…then when we got to the room, there’s was no balcony. Fix the typo on your website bc this is wrong to do. There’s no balcony’s at this location. I paid extra for nothing. After driving 5 hours going up and down to resolve something that should be clear on your website was frustrating.

The Breakfast was okay. There could have been more of a variety of items on the menu.
To say the hotel is only 5 years old the chairs in the dining area were ripped and badly stained.
The rooms were not cleaned, the sheets were not changed, hair was all over the floor in the shower. The toilet had not been cleaned. We were moved to another room only to find similar issues with the toilet (urine and hair).

One day the trash wasn't pickup in the room. The next day we had to ask for another face cloth. Only one was in the room. The toilet bowl wasn't very clean.

They were out of towels for swimming, meat for breakfast, milk ,…. every time we needed something it seem like they were out of it. I will not be back to this location.

The breakfast was awesome. Our rooms were so spacious and the beds were comfortable. The only suggestion I would have is to have a hand held shower sprayer instead of a shower head.

Unable to get any response from the property. Their phone support considered booking as third party and referred me to to chat there. Chat there is all automated messages from them with no one responding. Felt like it’s a comedy it a tragic one.

Breakfast was blah, out of orange juice 3 of 4 days. Dining room chairs were ripped, stained and dirty. Watched employees carry in groceries from Wal-mart for the kitchen. A female employee used the F-word directed at her boss, employees gossiping in the lobby about other employees were patrons could hear. Handicap parking unavailable 3 of 4 days. Expected more from a Hilton hotel and for the price.

My room was very clean. Had plenty of towels. The indoor pool was nice. The beds were firm and pillows soft, just the way I like them.

Stayed here in the past, Great location for our bike riding trips. Clean, comfortable.
The hotel Manager Bradd Jones was very rude and unresponsive, We made this reservation through booking.com. When we arrived, despite having confirmation emails from booking.com and Welcome emails from Hampton inn and Bradd Jones, there was no record of our reservations at the Hotel. We had to make another reservation with the Hotel, which was more than the original reservation with Booking.com . We had difficulty speaking to Bradd directly. We were of the impression he was avoiding us and just had his staff talk to us. We did reach someone at booking.com who was very helpful and responsive, but we needed the Hotel to respond to what Booking.com did to fix the problem. Bradd refused to speak to us, so we finally just waited him out in the Lobby until he would speak to us. He said the people at booking.com were lying to us, that the problem was theirs. We asked if he could call booking.com to assist and he said there was nothin g he could do to help us and got mad and told us to complain to 1-800 Hilton and then walked away from as we were still trying to speak to him.

The lady serving the breakfast went out of her way to help us and make sure we were taken care of.
1. The carpet in my room around the desk/table area was so sticky. I took my shoes off and tried to walk to the bed and my feet stuck to the carpet in different areas. It was so gross. I am sorry, but you can see the stains on the carpet between the bed and the desk/carpet area. I literally had to wear my shoes to the bedside so my feet wouldn't get sticky. We stayed in room 325. You can have someone check the floor to see what I was talking about. The carpet needs to be cleaned, not just vaccumed.e
2. The pillows were so flat that they really couldn't be called pillows.
3. The bed was hard to sleep on. I had to constantly roll from side to side. I had stayed in a Hampton Inn when I went to a truck show down south and it was wonderful. That is why I chose to drive over 10 miles from the National Air Museum to stay at the Hampton Inn. I was seriously disappointed.
4. I also wondered why I could hear the alarm from the room above me going off. It was really a pain in the butt when their alarm goes off on a different floor and it wakes me up. I would think the rooms would be better sound proofed so that you can't hear other people's alarms.
5. My sister-in-law tried to stop at the front desk to let the clerk know. She was on a phone call and totally ignored us for several minutes. We stood right in front of her and she never once acknowledged we were there. We gave up and just left. We were going to tell her about the sticky carpet but could tell she didn't have time for us. I really don't know if I will be staying at a Hampton Inn again. I even splurged and got the nicest room available, but it sure didn't work out that way.

The best thing was not your breakfast, but the lady who provided the care, cleanliness, and ensuring all of the products were stocked, she was pleasant, friendly, and carried out her responsibilities with the best attitude. She was the one who made our visit.
Many things could have been better.....
Clealiness-horrible, nasty, sticky carrpet-we were in room 300 and it was disgusting. Toilet bowl front under rim was beyond gross. No shower gel in the shower, told staff, day 2 still not replaced. Bed was hard as concrete. Slept on small sofa. Trash not emptied when we returned from outing day 1. Build up on shower floor almost slipped on day 1 told husband to step easy-slick when first step in and also under shower head.

Hotel provided all we needed. Beds were very comfy and rooms were spacious. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and to greet us when we came in. Very impressed with all the staff.
I would have liked different pillows. Did not care for those at all. I left the eating area when Fox News was on. That was a total turn-off.
