Nice hotel. Not much in walking distance. Took Lyft to mall.

When we arrived at Home2 tired from traveling all day, we were told they gave our room away. It was reserved and prepaid and nonrefundable. The only room left had 1 king bed instead of the 2 queen beds we reserved. And in place of the couch and chair to relax on were 2 foot stools. Also the grip was broken off the bathroom door so opening and closing was very awkward. 2 nights there was a very bad start to our vacation. The man at the desk said an issue came up and he had to give our room to someone else. There is no excuse for giving our room away.

My original room had a very unpleasant smell of cat odor and they had no more suites available so I had to downgrade my room and I was not happy at all.

2nd time staying there for multiple days. The staff is always awesome, property grounds, pretty much everything. I hate to be negative about anything but the 3 days I was there I had to walk to the front because the side door key swab to open the door was broke. But yet we were told maintenance was going to fix it & never did. Also the ac in my room would not work to well. Granted it was blowing AC but the nights I would wake up sweating. So I’m not sure what the issue was. But anyways I still love the place.

Staff wasn’t as usual which is helpful friendly and accommodating! Front desk gave us a fit about using pool early and gettting early check in! We usually do things like that especially at my highly recommended and favorite hotels homes 2 suites but at this location he was not at all what we are used to!

Checking in was quick & very easy. There was a little fan on floor in entrance hallway I'm not sure what for. But other than that this hotel was clean, beds comfortable, all staff I encountered were friendly & helpful. I loved the mini kitchen in the room. Hot water in the shower! Breakfast had a decent variety of foods offered. Just an overall great stay. Price was a little more than others in this area but we would book again.

I loved the spaciousness of the room. I’m not a fan of sharing a hotel with pets. I would not stay here in the future knowing that a pet could have been a guest the night before.

Hall carpet dirty and damaged. Front desk not attended well had to ring bell. Kids monopolizing the breakfast area. Warm food was cold. Gladly changed hotels when my flight got delayed.

I booked online with Expedia. When we went to check in, I was told the room was sold. Overbooked. Nice.

Hotel was newer looking but our room had a funky smell especially if the AC wasn’t turned very low and the carpets and stuff inside the room were so stained. Even the hallway going to our room the carpet was stained. Just looked kind of gross for a newer seeming hotel.

Problem checking in- had reserved 2 queen beds, as I was traveling with an adult child. Despite an additional call in advance, the hotel did not save me the room I booked and requested, and we had to use a fairly uncomfortable pull out couch. We then had to pack up and leave and relocate to another room the next day. We eventually got the room we wanted. I asked three times for the manager to call me, never heard from them.
