Everything about our stay was fine, except the room had a strong musty/moldy smell.

Overall it was fine- a clean modern room with a big picture window with a nice view. It fell short in a few ways though if being used by more than one person. There is a pull out table but only one chair! Only three forks in the drawer also was pretty chintzy. Also , the in the room coffee maker should be ungraded to an actual coffeemaker. I had called in advance to find out what kind of coffeemaker they had in the room because we like to bring our own coffee and was told it was a Keurig style machine. Well, it was not a Keurig but rather the cheapest sort of tiny drip hot water heater that makes mediocre coffee. We ended up bringing up cups of coffee from the lobby instead. The staff were all very nice and accommodating and the breakfast buffet was fine. I would definitely come back here again!

The pool is unsafe—too much chlorine. My kids hair turned into brown and was severly damaged. My nieces skin peeled off too like.

Great location. Very spacious room. Friendly staff. However we were not able to use the pool as they were having issues with chlorine and water tempature. A huge let down.

Very nice hotel, very clean, complementary breakfast is so good, free coffee and fresh fruit all day, pool was very clean and heated nicely, rooms are very clean and spacious, staff workers and manager are very nice and polite.

I booked this property thinking it has a full fledged kitchen. Did not realize it does not have stove and actual cooking facility. You can only heat up food in the microwave. It has a nice big fridge with good size freezer. Absence of stove disappointed me.

The hotel stay was excellent, until the second of two elevators broke. One was broken before we arrived, the second broke the evening before we checked out, so we had to lug lots of luggage down from the third floor

The whole place smelled like wet dogs.
They do allow pets, its probably why.
The mop even smelled after they cleaned the common areas. Disgusting. The food (breakfast) was not even worth eating. The eggs were like rubber , like they had been there all weekend. The garbage in the hallway on the second floor wasnt taken out for the three days i was there. As soon as you walked off the elevator it smelled like rotten food. Honestly surprised and disappointed. Will never book there again.

The room is spacious and great amenities. Its much better if the pool is heated, it’s the only setback, otherwise it is an excellent place.
