Very clean and quiet place

Hotel was nice.

The north side of the building gets a great deal of noise until 2 or 3 am from loud cars and trucks. If that keeps you from sleeping, you should request a south side room.

Nice rooms, clean, easy parking and friendly staff

I prepaid through Expedia but was triple charged the room rate when I checked out because they were struggling with a new system. My bank had to raise a dispute with the hotel. Because I have wasted countless hours on getting these charges reversed it completely ruined my experience at the hotel.

Honestly was one of the best hotel stays. I’m super picky on my choices in hotel and this on was very comfortable, clean, spacious and everyone who worked there that I encountered was super nice. The breakfast option is made to order or you can use their grab and go bar which were all clean and fresh fruit and pastries. Loved it. ALSO I was worried about parking because of the reviews but the parking garage is in the same parking lot, there’s always parking available (when I was there) and it only about 10 steps from the hotel building and your key card lets you in and out. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Boise ID.

Location was great! Otherwise, a pretty meh experience. Not the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in & you can hear everything all of your neighbors are doing— very thin walls.

Love the friendliness of the staff, good food and comfortable clean rooms.

My only problem whit this property is two things One they put a coffee maker in the room and they don’t provide water, this is the only hotel that I stay and don’t get a small bottle of water, I have to go and pay 5 dollars in the lobby for a water Second the windows they are so thin I can her the people talking in the street and I was in the 4 floor But other than that is good hotel

Everything was good just needs a little more cleaning but over all good

No on site parking, even for handicapped permits. Breakfast is a $15 surcharge per person. No late check out. Carpets are filthy.

Clean property and rooms, helpful staff

Carpet in rooms (we reserved 3) was filthy. No onsite parking, have to park in public garage adjacent to hotel at $15 a day per car, and the surcharge for breakfast is $15 a person. Will never stay at a Hilton Garden Inn again.

This is my favorite place to stay in Boise. Everything is close by. There is a bar and dining on site. The staff is always polite and the place is always clean.❤

The contentental breakfast is NOT free. Parking costs $15 a day. I will not stay again. I paid way to much per night to be charged more

I liked everything about it, well located to the main downtown area, the staff was excellent, breakfast buffet quite good, and the room was updated and spacious. I'd definitely stay there again.

Loud room

Our room was on the top (5th) floor and was on side of hotel that was facing a very, very busy road that had extreme road traffic ...very noisy !!! Also we tried to use the in-room controls for the heating/air conditioning to drown out the extreme road noise and did report it to the front desk

The staff was great. Everything worked well and was clean. Parts of the room looked like they could use a little updating but overall it was a great stay
