We very much enjoyed our stay here. Great location on the edge of town near the trailheads. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast.

Best breakfast and a modern, comfortable stay! Walking distance to trailheads, restaurants, and bus terminal. Big comfy bed after a long day of hiking and the most amazing breakfast to kick off our hikes. A luxury stay while we were in Patagonia and well worth it.

Stunning views and outstanding service. Perfect location. Modern and beautiful chalet style. Food was good, they had the best lunch boxes to take away.

We stayed only for one night. But even in one night staff tried their level beat to help us. Their communication was top notch. Helped arranging morning pick up for Rio electrico at 11 pm at night also. Breakfast is well oragnaised. Room is decent in size. Hotle has character. If you like chain hotels, this will be big upgrade. Cristian and Luciana were wondeful..If I ever come back to El Chalten, I will be staying here again.

A nice place to visit and nice hotel to stay with very friendly staff and spacious common place. A small complain is the internet a bit slow especially in the evening. Would love to visit and stay again.

I loved my stay here! The bed was comfortable, the closet had plenty of room for my gear and a safe, and the shower! Oh my God. When you’ve just hiked 14 miles, the shower in this Hosteria is the best. I’ve lived in many places in the world and in the United States and the water pressure in this shower was the best. The staff was super helpful before my arrival with info (via WhatsApp) and after I arrived (guidance on hikes, dinner, etc). I had their packed lunch which was good. Breakfast was pastries/toast, eggs, yogurt, fruit, etc. Very close to Laguna Torre trek but a little bit of a walk from Laguna de los Tres trek. They did my laundry for my while I was out trekking one day which was great. I would def stay here again!!!

Cute little B&B kind of property. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast (especially the homemade yogurt) was so good and the $10 packed lunches they offer were convenient for taking on-the-go. Comfy bed and the water pressure in the shower was phenomenol. Seriously the BEST shower I took while in Patagonia. I'd definitely stay here again when in El Chalten.

Stayed in the quiet detached bungalow. This seems to be brand new and it was very quiet. There was an EXCELLENT breakfast and this was a perfect base for our treks into the nearby mountains. WiFi could be faster but can’t really complain considering the location. It’s a bit further of a walk from most restaurants/bars but that means 3-5mins more than elsewhere. Definitely the best option in town for the price

Kaulem Hosteria is a fabulous place to stay. The setting is wonderful. The staff was very warm and helpful. The setting is truly amazing. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend staying here without any hesitation.

Las chicas q coordinan el hotel brindan un servicio superlativo. La atención a los detalles para q la experiencia de los clientes sea única fue inigualable ( botella de champagne cuando regresamos de la noche de navidad para todos los huéspedes, desayuno especial cuando el transfer es a las 6 am, etc) siempre están un paso adelante ..

Tati and Eugenia were wonderful and very helpful! Tati was able to accommodate us for a very late check in, she also booked our taxi to el pillar the next morning. Eugenia was just as helpful with everything and was very nice too! The hotel is nice, clean, breakfast was great! The lobby has an artistic touch to it, the owner Paz is a painter. The room is nice, spacious, has hot water, clean and quiet. Will definitely stay here again :)

The staff were fantastic. Incredibly accommodating with providing breakfast early for us to enable an early start on a hike. Location is perfect.

Authentic, charming and intimate place where you can get a home feeling. It has interesting lobby with high ceiling, dark wood finishing and art gallery. The staff is very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Breakfasts very tasty and filling - good for hike although would benefit hikes as well if started earlier than 7.30.

Great atmosphere, fun just little cafe with music and books nice to hang around on a wet day. Staff were extremely pleasant.

We stayed in the cabana and had a great stay. I would highly recommend this place in el chalten - it's just a couple of blocks away from the main avenue but is certainly one of the nicest accommodations in town (We actually thought the nicest). The breakfast is really good quality and diverse (croissants, cereal, eggs, ham/cheese, bread and jams, fruit, good coffee etc). A couple of nights we actually ended up grabbing a bottle of wine (sold at the front desk) and relaxing in the main lobby area after dinner out in town - great way to finish the day. Would recommend this to anyone (couples, solo, small groups etc).
