Wonderful stay. Very quiet, even though it is in the middle of the city. Very convenient for restaurants, museums and shops. Filippo is extremely kind and helpful.

Location was amazing. Room was very clean and lots of room. Limited service and communication from owners. In fact - we never met anyone - chk in was all by What’sApp Address was to a parking garage - however this was not disclosed. Very confusing.

This was the perfect place for our stay. We were made very welcome, the room was comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better. Highly recommended.

Great B&B located right in the heart of Bologna, but the room was still peaceful. Great views and lovely terrace as well. Owner Filippo was really helpful and gave us useful tips about where to eat and drink. Highly recommended!

Bologna was the most fantastic city to explore. This suite was fabulously positioned. During weekends the busy road in front turns into a pedestrian area which is great. Plenty of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The balcony was a great place to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. The suite was very spacious.

Great location, Filippo helped getting us a taxi to the train station on Easter weekend. Good restaurants nearby.

Ideal location; quiet; comfortable; Filippo is brilliant; perfect place to stay in Bologna.

Amazing. The location, the size, the terrace. The photo’s do not to this room justice. The location is right in the middle of everything, feet from the piazza maggiore, when you step outside you can see the Cathedral and the towers, the restaurants are just around the corner, great for dropping stuff off/using the restroom it’s that close. The size, this is a big the bedroom with a safe, fridge, power converter etc., the bed is a king and very comfortable more firm then soft and 4 good pillows. The bathroom is very large with a rain shower and hose with everything you need including hairdryer and such. The terrace with a spectacular view of two smaller towers and red tiled roofs, there is a covered and uncovered section, perfect place to relax. Communication with Pilippo was easy and response was fast. This is an older building with old world charm and across between a B&B and hotel, room is cleaned daily at 11am. Entrance is on the left side of the building, huge brown doors, 3rd floor and there is an elevator. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here in mid-September. The room was large and quiet. It was close to many dining options. We would stay here again.

Only stayed 1 night, but the room was fabulous! Huge space, terrace was a lovdlg place to sit out and enjoy a drink in the evening. Bathroom was huge as well and shower was great
