The owner sent me an incorrect pin, wasted time and gas, then I was charged with extra fees that were not indicated on the website. When I called hotels.com they told me he never answered to give out an explanation. Other than that, the location is good.

It was a good place to stay closed to the beach quiet at night plenty of room the refrigerator was real good the stove was good overall was a good place.

It is with great pleasure that I recommend the best place I have stayed in all the travels I have done.

We love it, they have installed a new Air Conditioning in the room that covers up to the kitchen and in all the rooms. No one suffered from heat. The apartment is as it is in the photos and has a sofa bed in case you want to watch TV in the living room you can open it and lie down. It has security cameras at the entrance such as hotels, which gives us an incredible peace of mind that our belongings will be safe while we are not. It has the bunk beds are new and have their waterproof protectors and the mattresses are Serta brand and are cozy. It is minutes from the beach, walking there is parking and the place is safe. The complex is quiet and the apartment is equipped for cooking and has even a BBQ, which you can take out for the patio. And the best thing is that it has wifi in the apartment. Check in is easy and the rules are written so that there are no misunderstandings. You enter at your own pace and the administrators communicate by message unless you wish to call them and they respond to you which is excellent for us. The payment is the same as the page indicated and is very economical to be an apartment on the beach which tend to these at up to 200 dollars a night in other places. We will definitely stay in the future. Isabela is beautiful.

The apartment was not what it seem to be on the website… It was not very comfortable, although it was very spacious. There was only AC in the bedroom and there were very strict instructions to keep the door closed at all times and the windows closed at all times to have the AC on, and the temperature you set is remotely monitored by the owners… Which definitely makes you feel like you are being spied on. There is also a camera that monitors you going in and out of the door. In addition to the price they charge you, they charge a cleaning fee and another fee which I’m not sure what it was for… However, it seems like that should be part of your payment for a room for the night. Location is great, there is a nice boardwalk through the estuary and you were right next to the beach, but the access to the beach is tough because it is a weird broken down and rusty stairs so you need to be careful. Refrigerator was not plugged in, but we didn’t realize that until my food had spoiled. There are a lot of signs telling you what you are and are not responsible for while staying there making you feel like you are not a paying guest but rather an annoyance to the owner.

It was ok! Furniture definetly need and update and having caneras around is an invasion of privacy.

I had a great time, the place was quiet and peaceful. I will Rent again and recommend this place to friends and family.

The beach is a good size, but not relaxing or safe to swim. Very rough waves and deep sand. There was wooden steps to get down on the beach, but it had pulled away, and was difficult to use. Several people arrived and didn’t even try to use it.
