Jim was a wonderful host. We were late to check in and waited for us. He also walked us to a pub with great food.

Great location with the centre being just a few minutes' walk. Room was compact but sufficient for my wife and I. Jim was a tremendous host providing excellent tips for places to see, dine and drink on arrival, he was also a great laugh engaging with all the guests.

Owner was great, excellent breakfast and he gave great sight seeing tips! Space (bathroom in particular) was too small for our family of 4 adults. But the location was excellent and neighborhood was safe, and again host was just fantastic.

Stayed here last night and would stay again. The room was good, location was great, staff was amazing and very helpful with recommendations of where to eat, what walking tour to see. I would recommend you stay here

Host was very friendly and breakfast delicious. Host kindly pointed us in the right direction and even went out of their way to show us around and recommend some places for us.

The owner was very nice and helpful. Spent his time to explain so many things about the city to us tourists. It would be more comfortable if the bathroom was in the room, but it is okay as we didn't share it with othera. Oh, and we loved the Irish breakfast they made!

Hotel is a 5 minute walk from the centre of Derry/Londonderry which is an small walled city. It was a centre for the troubles but they seem to have left the City largely intact somehow. It's a bit off the beaten track but well worth a visit. Everyone in Northern Ireland is friendly but the proprietor was especially so.

Our family had a very pleasant stay - the host was helpful, the breakfast plentiful and punctual, and the location of the property was very convenient enabling easy walking to all of the town sites.

This B & B was ok. On arrival there was nobody to welcome us. We had to ring to get a man who seemed very rushed to let us in. It was clean and comfortable and served a lovely breakfast however we felt that it was very small especially the shower/toilet facilities (and we are not overweight) and when we looked out our window overlooking the back garden we couldn't believe our eyes, it was just a wilderness of high weeds and not well kept at all. The entrance wasn't very impressive either but for the money it served our purpose very well. The lady who served breakfast was lovely.

Kieran and the team are perfect hosts. Room and price are great and hotel is only 5 mins walk to the top end of the city. And a great full Irish breakfast in the morning... and amazibg shower. Definetely will stay again. Thanks one and all. Terry

Good location. Not so good check in or breakfast. And noisy dogs barking next door.

Great location in a quiet area in Derry but very close to the main attractions and city. Parking is on the street and there always seemed to be plenty available. Had a small room but everything was tasteful and excellent facilities. Very hospitable host who gave us excellent advice and guidance for visiting the city.

Good stay. Quality of room including linens was nice. Quality of property is pretty good. I enjoyed the bathroom shower and had a good night sleep. Breakfast was a big portion and the extra tea and fruit before bed was nice. Staff were pleasant. Had to wait a little for check-in but nothing unreasonable.

We stayed here for one night,smaller room but it did the trick. Breakfast was awesome!

The owners were very nice and accommodating. Amazing Irish breakfast!

We found it difficult to find as there was no signage. The bed was stated to be a large double but in fact was a standard double. The house over all was noisy, creaking stairs, the ensuite was very tight, the water temperature and pressure were good.
