If you need a hotel in Grands Pass this hotel is a good one to pick. The hotel is right off the highway and close to downtown. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is nice.

The only I didn’t like was being charged $25 for incidentals even before I used any. They say I get refunded if not used or any remaining balance. But I find it odd and just another step to checking out. BAD Practice.

Top notch & beautiful hotel design. Extremely spacious room. Quality in every detail. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Excellent accommodations.

With teenagers it was great that breakfast ended later, 10:00 but limited options. While we were there they were out of oatmeal, omelets and scrambled eggs. Good set up for waffles but they ran out of strawberry and blueberry toppings, I ate at 0830.

Loved the newness of the hotel, the roominess of the room & he bathroom. Staff very pleasant & good continental breakfast. The only thing was the bed was pretty firm & yhe pillows flattened out to nothing.

The bathroom had a huge, heavy barn door that was very difficult & noisy to open and close. The toilet flushing made the loudest noise that we have ever heard & we've both traveled a lot.

Overall a great spot! Highly recommend someone to stay here. Staff was friendly, hotel room and common areas clean, and breakfast was a plus! Only issue was the AC machine may need to be cleaned. Really bad allergies and didnt sleep well.

Staff were so accommodating. The room was very clean, large, comfortable. The hotel is located next to a freeway making it very easy to get to different places. You would think you would hear traffic. . .but, it was sooooooooooo quiet there! Highly recommend this hotel!

The $75 pet fee was not disclosed until I was checking in. And while technically there is an EV charger it is very slow. Luckily there are better chargers (including a bank of superchargers) right across the street.
