The stay was absolutely amazing. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and spacious. I've stayed at 5 hotels in Cincinnati and this is by far the best stay yet!!

When we checked in the staff was NOT friendly at all! The gentleman that checked us in was extremely rude. We went up to our room, and the room was super clean and really nice. The toilet was not level so it rocked really bad, and did not have a fan. We left for the evening and left the cool air on because it was a very hot day. When we got back the air was off and set to 78 degrees which we left it at 68. Above the bed was a fan with a light. The light turned on randomly, and the fan would shut off randomly! In the middle of the night the light came on and went from dim to super bright with no one touching the remote, super frustrating! The bed was really comfortable to sleep on. The next day went downstairs and went to grab coffee and it was out of coffee! The lady who checked us out was super friendly! There was really no parking so we had to park next door in the theater parking lot and walk a ways. Not sure I will be back to this location,

Some construction going on and parking was a bit of an issue. Especially when checking in and out. Breakfast was great. Staff was wonderful. Warm cookies in the afternoon!

Nice clean property, comfy beds, good breakfast. Only 4/5 as parking was an issue and the bar across street had live band outdoors on Friday night until midnight or later which was very loud and couldn’t sleep

The staff was extremely nice. The hotel was spotless. The room was very clean and we were able to walk around. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool. This hotel was conveniently in a great location. We were literally 15 mins from the aquarium, zoo, etc. Wonderful stay!

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and everyone went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The area is under construction, but the hotel itself was immaculate!

Hotel was clean. Staff were extremely friendly. Location was close to the expressways and food establishments. They are adding on to the hotel so parking was limited. Signs at the hotel warn guests of an increase in car break-ins, but had no issues. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay.

Their mobility accessible suite was easily the absolute best I’ve ever stayed in, anywhere and ever. My manual wheelchair could fit on either side of the extremely comfortable king bed, the kitchenette was *fully* accessible from a seated height (including a roll-up sink!). All curtains had ring rods to move them from a seated position, too. The bathroom could EASLY accommodate both a power chair and a shower chair, and the roll-in tub is truly roll-in; no rubber gasket to get stuck on. And the folding attached shower bench was extremely sturdy but very light to maneuver. I could also easily navigate my wheelchair under and around the rolling desk/table, around the coffee table and to/from the sofa, all while having plenty of room to transfer. I’m sure powerchair users would also be pleasantly surprised. The bed linens were crisp and clean, and while very firm, the bed was also extremely comfortable, and left me with no painful pressure points despite the firmness. Also the desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful, as were the other hotel guests I ran into while here. I will definitely re-book here when I need to be back in Cincinnati. While I hate having to pay the “cripple tax” that is a more expensive place (most lower cost hotels’ “accessible” rooms aren’t actually truly accessible), this particular hotel is one that was definitely the best value at this price-point of any hotel I’ve stayed with for the mobility-impaired disabled traveler.

We were in Cincinnati on a medical trip. The room upon first arriving was very cleanly. We had a full kitchen that was stocked with post, pans, plates, silverware, 2 rolls of papertowels, and much more. The microwave and full size refrigerator were spotless. The shower was a little hatd to get the temperatures correct but i finally got it. Shower water pressure could be better. Wish the black out curtains covered the entire window. We were on the 3rd floor and the street lights were still bright from the bed. The staff was very caring about my situation and overall we had a great stay. Would stay again.

Felt comfortable. Found staff very helpful. Only complaint is that handicap accessible room is so far from elevator.
