Nice convenient accessible. Having a home feeling was great. Fitness area was awesome. Easy to walk to transportation, food, grocery stores and stadium with entertainment.

Charlottehaven is an outstanding option if you’re looking for an apartment style setup (vs traditional hotel) with a bit of separation from the main tourist areas of Copenhagen. We stayed here for a brief (2.5 day) stop in Copenhagen and would absolutely stay here again. The tower apartment itself was lovely - light, appropriately spacious, and modern - with fantastic views of the city. Location-wise, it is a short walk to many restaurants/groceries and arguably the best bakery in town (Juno is a must) - and an even shorter walk to the metro, which got us everywhere we needed to go quite seamlessly. Worth noting: Charlottehaven is not a traditional hotel and does not have hotel-level services (namely, no daily housekeeping), which was okay for us; but you should ensure that matches your expectations. That said, there are plenty of amenities (we used the gym and playground; pool looked nice, but you must be 15 to use it, which didn’t work for our family), and the front desk staff was perfectly helpful. Looking forward to being repeat customers!

We stayed in the tower and our room on the 7th floor was amazing with views across the whole city and harbour. Metro and trains within 5 minute walk and only 25 mins from the airport. Highly recommended.

Wow what a fantastic property! So great to find an affordable place to stay that had great space for us while travelling! Staff were exceptional and helpful! Room felt like home, had everything we needed, space to make it feel like home, prepare meals, work, relax and great quiet space to sleep with excellent black out blinds. Loved looking over the garden from the balcony listening to the birds. The in suite laundry was also a great feature for the length of our stay. The restaurant downstairs was excellent - we loved the weekend brunches - great setting, staff and food! Great gym and yoga facilities on site. Loved the walk ability to the water, great restaurants and shopping. Fantastic place wish we could have stayed forever.

Everything was perfect, really loved the studio. I wish it were on a higher floor for better view.

Fully-equipped room, including the kitchen. Very clean. Perfect for a family. The pool is not available for children and hard to access (through the gym).

Great apartment hotel. Close to Metro and S trains. Easy Metro ride from the airport and only a few stops from city centre. Apartment was great, and clean and had all the necessary appliances. Guests have access to the health centre pool at any time. Helpful and friendly staff.

Loved the serenity of the corner room with views in every direction! Looking forward to my next visit!

A wonderful place to stay

The photos aren't accurate. The cool wood treatments seem to be in a different bldg. We were also put in a bldg that isn't the one they advertise with the windows popping out. Our rooms didn't have AC and were warm. Nice staff and fine rooms, but the rooms were not as cool as I thought they were going to be. I feel a bit of bait and swtich.

Super friendly staff; clean apartment; good amenities. Only negative is that it's a bit far from the center of the city.

The apartment on the 14th Floor was amazing , brilliant view & very well equipped. Sports facilities , particularly the pool were excellent.

In almost every respect, this is a really top notch hotel: extremely helpful staff, very new accommodations, etc. Our only quibble: our hotel suite had everything necessary for eating in except for a microwave. The staff explained that few Danes use a microwave because of a belief that it ruins the food. But for foreign guests who don’t have that concern and also need a microwave more than an oven (the oven was new), it’s a lame excuse. But all else was GREAT!

The accommodation were amazing and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Such a great experience.

The staff was, to a person, excellent. Very helpful, informative and concerned about our issue (getting a COVID test report in 24 hours!). We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Location is excellent next to both train and metro station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Flat good size ideal for family. The only criticism i would have is that the pool does not allow in children under 5. this is clearly stated on the website but still very disappointing, not come across this rule anywhere else ( however does seem to be a thing in Denmark). I can understand hygiene but most pools allow providing children are in swimming nappies etc.

Our stay at Charlottehaven was wonderful, the room was bright, modern and comfortable - the bed was v.comfy. The staff are friendly and welcoming, always available to help - we will be staying again.

Very cozy and spacious apartment in a quiet area. Would highly recommend this place and the Laundromat cafe in the area which has lovely breakfast.

Really nice apartment, however I booked an apartment with city views as stated in the booking which we did not receive. Made a complaint to both the hotel and hotels.com but nothing could be done. I suggest hotels.com update the webpage.

A very impressive Apartment Hotel. The staff are very welcoming and super helpful. The apartment was very clean with a very high equipment level. Everything was maintained and of a very high quality. It will always be my first choice for any future trips to Copenhagen.

The facilitate is good but the staff's attitude is terrible and provide the miss leading information.
