Several doors that lead outside, all with locks. Felt safe. Easy to get to car. Fantastic outdoor area that was smoking friendly. Amazing breakfast. Best part was the shower and bathroom products. Best shower I’ve had in years. Pillows and beds were comfy.

The room was just ok, pretty basic. Appreciated the vinyl flooring with dogs but there was no microwave or in room coffee. I requested a first floor when booking but they said none were available when I checked in. The check in staff was nice but they did a bad job of whispering to each other, that I did not get a Hilton check in bag because I booked through Hotels.com. The breakfast was not good.

The bright hotel was refreshing. Even the soap and shampoo were super nice. Will stay there again. It great value!

They gave our room away & didnt have another to put us in so we didn't get to stay. The place looked ran down & unkept. The staff looked like they just rolled out of bed for their shift & were extremely unhelpful. Don't waste your money or time booking here.

I enjoyed the room size and the nice atmosphere

The rooms were small but clean. The beds are comfortable but the bedding had a bed pad for a sheet and a very thin cover, kinda strange. I had to have the key card replaced twice. It would work once or twice then quit opening the doors. I was charged twice for a one room one night stay but I called and got that straightened out, I think. I am waiting for the refund to go back into my bank. Over all not too bad just a few quirks.

The room was very small. We had no place to put a suitcase except the floor. "Could not give us a receipt" as we checked out. Security lock did not function.

For the price (over $210 with taxes for one night) Tru is less than desirable. I’ve stayed there before and was giving it another chance. Unfortunately that will be my last visit to a Tru by Hilton hotel.

I was happy about everything except when I asked the front desk to clean my room they never did. Was very frustrated with that.

The location and the area surrounding the hotel are great. Many dining options close by and easy to navigate through the area while driving. A good location if you have an event at the Sports Pavillion- less than a 5 minute drive. I have stayed here a few times without any issues. The only exception would be the most recent stay in which they were out of Double Queen rooms which is what I had booked. Ultimately, I was placed in a King bed room which on most occasions would have been fine. This particular trip, however, I was traveling with an assistant coach and this presented an inconvenience for sleeping arrangements. We ended up resolving the issue with an air mattress as the hotel did not have a rollaway bed option. The attendant at the check in desk was very kind and professional and provided us with additional bedding supplies and tried to help make improvements to a less than ideal situation.
