Fantastic stay, very comfortable beds and amazing amenities right in the heart of Shibuya. Lots of shopping opportunities and restaurants close by, if not in the same building. The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to help us with travel plans changing due to the storm.

New tower (was finished 2yrs ago). We had a big corner room, just amazing view in the Tokyo tower. 3mins walk to Shibuya station/shibuya scramble crossing. Excellent hotel.

Excellent hotel! Friendly, helpful staff, great rooms & facilities: comfy beds, wonderful showers, high-end amenities, all topped off with a superb location! My family and I were extremely pleased with our stay here. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel , very convenient for good transport connections and walkable to Shibuya Scramble Crossing , great fragrance in the reception / lobby , gave a very welcoming feel . Staff were awesome and somehow remember guests . Highly recommended

Great room and nice staff. Happy hour and one free drink in the bar per person. Breakfast was ok but not extraordinary. Very nice rooms, size ok. A lot of nice restaurants basically within the hotel area. Super location very close to the subway, Shibuya Sky, Shibuya scramble crossing etc.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff were amazing and very nice. Location is the best. Breakfast buffet was the best as well.

Great location in Shibuya. Lots of food and shopping options that are a short distance to the station and scramble area. I only have two complaints: 1) not the darkest room. The light comes in from the top of the curtains and brightens the room in the morning 2) the automatic motion light in the toilet is very inconvenient in the middle of the night for a bathroom run. otherwise, the location of this property cannot be beat.

Hotel did not have a gym

Best stay in Shibuya! Will be retiring for our next visit to Japan! Staff was friendly and spoke English as well. They were kind enough to store our luggage post check out. Thank you :)

Great location, although lots of works outside and at the train station so it is very noisy all through night.

The experience we had staying at the hotel was amazing. The staff helped us with everything we needed including shipping our luggage to the next hotel. Water was free to order and a cool robot brings it to your room. We got a free alcoholic drink every day for being guests. And its location was unbeatable! Literally a 3-5 min walk to shibuya station where you can get to everything! Never had any issues getting in or out and the room was more than spacious enough. I highly recommend it and would stay again

Solid breakfast, great location right next to Shibuya station. Clean, friendly staff, they shipped my luggage to next hotel without any issue. Would recommend.

This hotel totally exceeded my expectations! It’s simple but effective in every way. 1. Awesome location (right next to the metro, near lots of restaurants, coffee shops, massage places, etc.) 2. Great amenities (affordable laundry service, toiletries, gym, hotel bar / restaurant, bottled still and sparkling water, etc.) 3. Very clean and well designed property and rooms I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will be staying here again!

Excellent location right above Shibuya Stream. It’s a quick walk to Shubuya station to act as central location for travel around Tokyo
