Lovely retro suite, comfortable and central. Loved it. Will be back.

Reqlly loved staying here wish we had stayed longer!

Had a lovely stay at the pink hotel! There was a lot of noise coming from guests outside the room, however. Which kept us awake till the early hours of the morning. But lovely apart from that.

This is a unique property in a sea of new high rise apartments/ hotels. This place has style, views, location, comfort… the access to the beach was so awesome, tons of e-bike around to get around. Food options are a plenty all around - the bar rooftop views were insane to watch the epic Gold Coast sunsets… Each staff member was a delight and so wonderful - The place was designed to play into it’s classic architecture…. I didn’t know I needed this stay to kick off my Australia experience but I really did.

Nice - but noise and young hooligans hanging around outside at night from 9pm till after midnight and right by cars , not good. Felt like any of them could come and bust down door anytime - no security, gate to property open, and being on ground floor, quite vulnerable.

I have always been a fan of the Pink Hotel, except for when I want to actually sleep here. It's a cruisy, party hotel, and people staying there have no care for other people staying there. We were kept up til 430am by the next room talking, then woken up 90 mins later by someone scabbing bottles and cans from the 2 massive skips out the front of the room, at 6am on a Sunday... after it was scabbed out of the night before around 11pm. The king bed was hard as a rock, the 2 pillows thin as paper. The bathroom vents loaded with dust, the exceptionally long lamp cord hanging from the exposed beams was coated in dust, hanging over the bed. The towels smell like they've been washed in chlorine. The staff are great. The Pink Hotel is very cool, it's just not the place to stay if you're after comfort, or sleep. More of a novelty hotel, great for photos and partying.

A bit noisy but everything else was perfect. Tks !

Staff was a delight at check in and was very helpful in changing my room to a downstairs one as I can't climb stairs.

Tamara and the staff all delightful. My teen granddaughter loved the style.

Very unique. Great place to stay for a few nights to look around Cooly. Loved the rooftop bar- just like being in Miami

Grandparent trip to visit daughter and her husband and granddaughters. Very convenient to them and everything else. We had a one bedroom on the ground floor which helped us because we find stairs difficult. I phoned ahead and they gave us a perfect room. We will be back Front desk receptionist was very helpful and kind to us.

Great spot, really nice funky rooms, great rooftop terrace, great bar and great breakfast. Loved our stay here.

The property was renovated beautifully, with a quirkiness that was perfect.

This hotel is gorgeous, but even more impressive was the customer service we received …which made the whole experience simply amazing! We will definitely be back!!!! Can’t recommend enough….love this place!

We had the Disco room it was a little noisy but Amazing!!!! such a fun well decorated room .

Waited awhile in reception to get key office was unattended.

This property ‘has got it right’. Retro, sophistication, classy, yet hippy. Friendly and super helpful staff. Funky, very clean, and just a fab experience. We will be back. Rosie & Mike

The accommodation was fine. The beds were ok. Was kept awake all night by either a junkie on an ice high or a mental health case screaming and banging on the metal gate to the hotel. I suppose that’s why ear plugs were supplied. Should’ve taken that as a warning to find other accommodation. Spent the night nervous for my car, but too scared to go outside and move it.

So loud! Don’t want to be a party pooper but I came for work and got not enough sleep due to noise from downstairs and punters on the street outside the bar. This should be mentioned prior to booking so you can decide for yourself if this will be an issue

Great location, great vibes but shower floods and aircon is tricky. So close to the beach.
