I will always choose this particular hotel when I book a hotel in Yerevan. The staff is so friendly and helpful, well trained and their customer service is wonderful! I keep returning because of the staff. The location is also a plus. There is a beautiful park across the street and many, many places to grab a quick cup of coffee or enjoy a leisurely meal. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Had amazing 3 nights here. Clean, excellent location, and lots of dining options. Everything i could ask for was there. Also special thank you for preparing birthday surprise for me on my birthday. Really enjoyed my time in Armenia thanks to this hotel. 5 stars, and 10/10.

Absolutely one of the better budget hotels and it is perfectly situated right in the city center.
The room looks new and the size is okay. The reception staff are super helpful. Much appreciated they arranged an early check-in (6AM) for half of the regular room rate. The breakfast is very much standard, but it did the job. Would book the hotel again.

I have stayed for 6 nights and I was so amazed with services privided, taking into consideration hotel with 3 stars the provided quality was above 4 stars hotel, from the friendliest staff to the quality of the breakfast amazing housekeeping. They were generous enough to provide with daily fresh water, late check out and you almost get whatever you asked for. Great job 👍

This is a lovely hotel, in a fabulous location, with an extraordinary staff that was helpful, friendly, accomodating, and really made us feel like honored guests. They also have a marvelous breakfast, with a wide variety of delicious choices that was unfailingly plentiful! The breakfasts were both delicious and healthful, with lots of veggies and fruits fresh and chopped up...incredible tomatoes! The desk staff were so wonderful, I felt like they genuinely became friends. Even the housekeeping staff were especially solicitous. I loved our stay there! We look foward to returning!

Great place to stay, very convenient. The staff is fantastic, very helpful. The room was a bit too small with the little hanging space, so for 2 travellers, unpavking was a bit of an issue. Other than that, it's very good

I liked the hotel. But!!!! We forgot two caps in the room (mine and my husband's) when I called the front desk and asked them to send them to me. Then they told me that come and take it. I’m already in another country, I can’t come and pick it up and I don’t have any friends in Yerevan. Then, I was told that the caps would be in the storage room... of course I am not going to fly back to Yerevan to get the caps. And I can’t believe that a hotel of this level does not have a service for sending forgotten items. Next time I will stay at another hotel...😕

Hotel is centrally located next to a park. Plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Hotel room is well designed, well maintained and clean. Provides good value for the costs.

The service was great. Shant helped me contacting local authorities for queries I had and they really made the effort to reach out themselves. The hotel itself is modern and clean which seems to be a rarity in Yerevan if you want to spend reasonably. The airport transfer (pickup from airport) wasn’t great though and I had highlighted this and they appeared to have taken it seriously.

The staff at this hotel are the best anywhere I’ve stayed in the world! They are well trained, friendly and helpful and welcomed me morning and evening with smiles! They made my solo stay so much better! Unfortunately my pictures of the staff won’t post but I enjoyed them so much.
I will choose this hotel again just to see them!

Our room was clean with a beautiful view through the garden, even though it was a small room. The staff was polite and helpful.

The area was great, right in the centre but room had bare minimum. And there is no restaurant to order room service from. I couldn’t figure out tv remote and I really didn’t like shower situation, water got all over the floor. Sound proof was poor, I could hear people in the room next to me getting ready in the middle of the night like it was right next to me, it did wake me up. Overall it was just ok, for one night I was fine with it but a longer stay probably would not be good.

Probably the best long or short hotel deal in Yerevan. The property is across from a park and there are a number of great restaurant options on both sides of the street. There are also nearby grocery stores. And, the Holiday Inn Express Yerevan has the best staff in the city! They simply never disappoint.

Wonderful breakfast food and service, professional and helpful front desk staff, and convenient walking distances to most areas. If you are sensitive to noise you’ll need good earplugs to get the best rest since there’s not much soundproofing but otherwise a place I’d choose again!
