We had a very pleasant stay. Room was big, bright and airy. Kitchen was well equipped, not that we really used it. Lovely big shower. Breakfast was a bit of a let down on our second morning, no hot food, no coffee, rather disorganised.

Only stayed for 1 night. Would highly recommend this hotel. Slight hill on approach to entrance. Close to shops, bus stop,bus station. Will return for a longer stay.

Lovely hotel, very clean and modern in a good location. Staff were excellent, however car parking is farcical which lets the entire place down.

What a great set-up this suite hotel and the Indigo hotel by its side had. A converted jute mill, it sits on a slight hill just a few minutes walk from the new Gallagher retail park and 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Parking’s limited but you can park in the East Port car park close by and use the Just Park App to pay or top-up. There’s no overnight charge there. For the whole weekend it cost us £20. Our suite had everything you could want and was very tastefully and comfortably furnished. We were staying just a few nights but it would be ideal to stay in longer-term. Breakfast in The Hub exceeded our expectations, with both a hot and cold buffet and great coffee and really smart surroundings. We also loved the cosy bar. All the staff we met were very pleasant and welcoming, especially the receptionist at check-in.

A Great stay hotel location was perfect for us, we arrived by bus the station was 6 to 7 minutes walk to the hotel, it was a 10 minute walk to the town centre. The room was perfect, staff were very friendly, easy check in. The Breakfast was good

Room very well proportioned, great shower, comfortable bed.
Slightly noisy but not sure what the source, plumbing above or linked to the AC?

Breakfast only scrambled eggs and on second morning a number of things had run out by 0830, eg sausages, croissants. Breakfast area for suites was slightly compact and very busy especially on the Sunday morning.

As long as it remains affordable we will always stay in this hotel when we are staying in Dundee. We could not fault anything.

I arrived late and didn't notice until morning that my room was below street level meaning anyone walking past the hotels was able to look down in to my room. It would have been nice to have been told this at check in.
However the main issue was the bright red fire alarm / security l.e.d. in the ceiling which meant the room just would not go dark, leading to a very uncomfortable nights sleep (or lack thereof). I did raise this with the team the next day but not sure they would be able to do anything. I wont be staying again.

Great location and parking available at the hotel. Fabulous staff team, especially Jamie who makes sure that all guests are having the best experience in the restaurant and bar. Suites are very well equipped and designed to a very high standard. Breakfast included and a good choice available. Nothing not to like at this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the staybridge suites . Staff were really helpful telling us how we could avoid the £13.50 overnight parking fee which some people actually paid !! They were great when I asked to move rooms as we didn’t like being on the first floor . Breakfast was functional but there are better places to eat nearby . Room was clean and comfortable . Good shower.

Not a King size bed but only a queen and the sofa bed was horrible and put into the room in such a way it could not be opened. The reason I chose this hotel was because the other hotels our family were staying at didn't have King beds. I had researched and understood that size is not consistent. For international companys (both IHG and Hotels.com), they should be consistent with the bed size dimensions in their descriptions.

This was a five star stay for me. Spacious room, high ceiling, nice, updated bathroom, a lovely kitchenette with all the essentials. A bountiful breakfast was included in the price of the stay, an incredible value. The staff were uber welcoming and kind. Check-in was a breeze. Parking on site.

Property was lovely but room was extremely warm, as we stayed on the top floor the windows only opened an inch or so, therefore there was no way at all to cool the room down.
The parking is a nightmare, there is not enough spaces and the parking is shared with a restaurant so very busy at the weekend.

Our suite was fairly spacious with a kitchen, dining and seating area plus separate bedroom and en suite. Very quiet too. Love the original exposed curved brick ceiling. Breakfast was plentiful but basic.
