The staff, property, and location was perfect for me. It was about a 5 minute walk to the Benton convention center. I felt safe day and night while walking around alone. There were quite a few restaurants in walking distance. I will use this location again in the future and highly recommend.

The location was super easy to get to from the highway, and equally easy to get back to the main roads. Only issue was AC unit in the room was very loud, might be an older model and the kick on was not helpful for sleep. Best breakfast have ever had while travelling. Would return. Also staff was amazing and extremely friendly.

The front desk staff were curious and went above to make sure my stay was great. When we encountered an issue (on expedias part), staff worked to resolve the stay.

The rooms were clean. The lobby was outstanding. The breakfast was good, hot and fresh. The staff was absolutely amazing, so accommodating and courteous.

From the valets to the check-in hosts, it was seamless! A great experience!

$22 plus tips for parking. 15-20 minute wait to get your car. It appears they have more parking options when booking but there is no free parking at all. Hampton Inn suggested canceling our room and paying the penalty OR pay the lot down the street that charges $10 per entrance. I rarely say never again but NEVER again would I stay at this hotel. I was to change my factually correct review because I was too mean. Too bad Hampton isn’t forced to be more clear on their parking.

Our stay here was hands down one of the best. The staff was very kind and accommodating and the room (king suite) was clean and spacious. Any vacation my husband and I take, Hampton Inn and Suites will definitely be our 1st choice.

The staff are all so friendly and helpful. They are genuinely good service! The room was beautiful, clean and had a wonderful set up. The AC worked well.

This hotel was absolutely amazing!! The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly and although this hotel requires valet parking and that seems to be a sore spot, I enjoyed having this service it just made the whole trip easier. I will definitely stay here again

Room was huge and they had full size soaps in the shower which was nice when traveling with kids. The gym was pretty updated for being small so it had plenty to offer. Breakfast was fine, but we opted against the cooked items because it tasked like someone was a huge fan of salt so that was a pretty big bust. Water pressure is low in the rooms which caught us off guard. They also force you to valet park in order to use the parking lot which is insane because they also then ask for tips while handing you your key to get your car yourself. In order to not pay for the insane valet price you can go down the street to the public parking garage or risk it with street parking. I think this is the most absurd approach to parking at a hotel that I've ever seen. We've stayed at other hotels in the city and will happily go back to any of the others before coming back here. We had high hopes but wouldn't recommend.

We loved our beautiful room with comfy beds, great hot breakfast, and friendly, super helpful staff. The pool is beautiful with great views of the city at night. Minuses: first, there is only valet parking at the hotel, no self parking. Self parking must be done on the street or a nearby parking lot, they will tell you upon entering the back lot when you come in to register and unload your car. The valet parking was very convenient and great, just an added exoense we were not prepared for or expecting. Second, when we returned to the hotel for our second night, we found our room had not been cleaned or even provided with clean towels and trash cans emptied. We had not been warned of this when checking in, that housecleaners do not come on second day unless requested. We were able to get fresh towels from the desk, but again, unexpected from such a nice hotel as Hampton Inn. We would stay here again because it is such a beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel with nice hot breakfast and great staff, but just be prepared and forewarned about the valet parking and housekeeping policies.

The parking was a little annoying. This property ONLY had Valet parking.

Property around the area seemed good then i seen a car parked nearby....windows smashed out and big rock lying on road. I used vallet for my vehichle and i had no problems. The hotel inside was aweslme! Didnt meet one negative staff!

My family had total of 6 rooms and we were treated GREAT. The young men doing Valet Parking were so respectful. When desk staff realized we were there for our sister/aunt Memorial Service they expressed their condolences. Thank you.
