Loved Everything about our stay!! The staff, facilities, bed,shower breakfast!!

breakfast was good and staff was courteous. looked very clean and presented well

(1)Beds were very clean. (2)Breakfast was nice.

(1)Hall had a light ballast that made a lot of humming noise, even though it was not right in front of our room. (2)Road noise was very loud ~ hotel needs to figure out a way to deaden the sound with better windows; more insulation in the walls; (3)Front entrance carpet had a lot of debris on it ~ didn't give a very nice appearance;

My husband was the only one to go down to eat. He said he liked it. When we were leaving I went over to check it out but saw nothing I wanted to try. A wrapped cream cheese roll or some chocolate or powdered doughnuts would be nice along with some chocolate milk maybe.

I saw no place else I could put this and I’m hoping it will be seen here. When we stayed here on our last trip we paid extra for bonus rewards and never received them. The girl that checked us out had a problem with billing but when she got it straightened out she assured me we had received the paid for points. I see now we did not. What can be done about this?

The never ceasing traffic NOISE

The people were nice & it was convenient.

we were right on the highway & you could hear the traffic.

The breakfast was okay, location fine.

Checked in, the first room the gave me stunk so badly, it smell like a wet mildew basement, my niece checked in the same I did, the room they gave hadn’t even been cleaned yet and it was after check in time, I canceled my reservation at the Hampton to stay here with the rest of my family that was traveling from Maryland, and that was a big mistake!! The elevator shaft had a horrific smell as if it was a dead rodent there!!

Good breakfast! Nice to have a hot breakfast.

I asked if house keeping could fix and replace our body wash. I called three times about it before it was fixed. AC barely worked in our room. We were hot every night of our stay.

Nothing

Leak in our room that had been apparently leaking for hours before we arrived. The front desk staff just came and took pictures and left us in the room. The next shift came on and the shift that knew about the situation clicked out and left the 3rd shift receptionist no info on what happened leaving us having to sit and wait nearly 2 more hours to get transferred to another hotel . What a nightmare!

The breakfast was good, nice selection. We all enjoyed it/.

The windows didn't close right. It was a long walk to the elevator. The beds were to high, had trouble getting in it., There was a lot of noise from the window. The hotel was hard to find.

The room was beautiful. Exceptionally clean. Staff was friendly
