Everything and everyone here were amazing. Super helpful and friendly staff. Room had everything you could ever ask for and more.

Great, comfortable and convenient hotel!

The room was super clean and very comfortable. We were able to check in an hour early. We were able to easily walk to the historic Bijue theater for an incredible Jake Shimabukurp concert. We ate dinner at the Bistro restaurant in the Mariott and enjoyed great food and service there.

I used this hotel because it is located near the jobsite. Upon arrival I was charged twice for incidentals totaling $340. I questioned this and the lady at the front desk wasted no time telling me there is nothing they could do, but the money would be refunded after checkout in 3 to 5 business days. Im here for work so i didnt buget for the overcharge. When I checked out in the morning I notified the acting manager of the problem and left the hotel. Hours later i was charged an additional $144.05, and 164.06. These charges were not related to my stay at all. I called the hotel baffled, and was told that they apologize and the manager was sorry it was a mistake but they are fixing the problem and I would receive a refund in 3 to 5 business days. I immediately called my baking institution to notify them of this apparent fraudulent activity. I had to cancel my card and get a replacement. The level of unprofessionalism at this hotel is over the top and i would never recommend anyone use this hotel unless they get rid of the staff.
