Bars, the view

The hotel was great and the staff was fantastic!! Only issue was that one of the elevator was out of service for last day of my visit but other than that the hotel was great!!! We definitely visit again 😘

We had 2 rooms booked and requested one be a king, but when we checked in both were queens. The room 216 AC was not working, we left for an event and when we got back, the staff had not fixed it and were gone for the night. So spent 2 nights in a humid 78degree room.

Unfortunately our rooms sheets were dirty so we had to switch to another room.

There was a huge stain on the mattress house keeping made minimal effort to clean it off. Fortunately I brought cleaning supplies with me and my husband had to hold the mattress while cleaning it, the house cleaner wanted me to believe that it was due to mattress being old but miraculously I was able to to scrub it off. Also don’t expect much byway of housekeeping them actually cleaning the room they will only make the bed and give two sets of towels although there are four guest to a room. I will say the front desk did give us vouchers for breakfast which was appreciated but housekeeping is lacking.

The most comfortable beds and the pool is amazing.

The room was spacious and super clean. The beds were great, the staff was nice. The pool was not actually an infinity pool, and my biggest complaint is that the paper products were so cheap. Such a nice hotel room, such incredibly cheap paper products in the room at a cheap plastic toilet seat. These diminished the quality of the experience, but overall we were very happy. The shower was awesome! Loved the rainfall showerhead!

This property was everything the pictures displayed. I went for peace and recieved peace. The front desk clerks were all very kind. The barister was amazing and the scenery was just what I needed. I hadnt seen the sun for a few months and this stay was very rewarding of it.

Very nice hotel. Patrick checked us in and did a great job. We had a beautiful room. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Didn't like the inaccurate room description on Expedia. Didn't like having to wait until 5 to check in to room that wasn't ready. Didn't like work being done on hotel that was not disclosed in advance.

The hotel was perfect! The staff was welcoming when we arrived plus had a great attitude. The room was clean and quiet. Definitely will stay again.

Property was great, very nice & quiet. But my robe in my room had a stain on it.

Checked in Christmas Day, hotel was beautifully decorated. The location is perfect, right on the beach. Rooms look new and modern, floor to ceiling windows.

Room was dirty especially the toilet. AC super noisy, didn’t stop droning all the time. Very disappointed.

The hotel is so pretty, the front desk guy, name starts with a D, was so friendly and open to answer all my questions. I felt so welcomed. The room (corner 7th flr) was fabulous, my view was exactly what I needed. Rm was clean and spacious. I didn't use the restaurant or bar. The only thing I didnt care for is you have to valet and pay, the waiting and paying everytime I want to leave is not necessary. Definitely worth my stay.

So Happy with our stay! Everyone from the front desk to the waitress and bartenders are so professional and welcoming. The smell of the hotel hugs you as soon as you walk in. The property is beautiful and new. The views warmed my heart. The pool is amazing. The food is excellent. I loved it and will definitely be back. Thank you so much to everyone for making this a great experience.

Access to the beach from hotel

I loved my stay here for the week. The Julian had some amazing dining options in the restaurant as well as for room service. The drinks were pretty good too. My only set back was the rooftop bar that was advertised on the site and in other areas when researching the property. It’s closed until sometime next year and has been closed for months but nothing was advertised that states it is closed. It might be someone’s determining factor in booking a stay there opposed to other properties so maybe an updated “temporarily closed for renovations” ad could give people an honest take on what condition they’ll be expecting the property to be in. I stayed on the fourth floor and one night the entire floor smelled of excrement, but it went away after a few hours so that shows they are on top of their business. Awesome stay outside of that.
