Clean property and environment. No service provided - I stayed for 3 nights but no trash removal or room cleaning

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy, perfect spot after a long day of driving.

I stayed 12 nights. Breakfast late 3 of 4 days. Room was dated and bath was a bit dirty. Internet was pretty good - 50MB. TV repeatedly failed to connect to cable services. Manager from South Carolina was unpleasant and did not know the room sizes - assigned me to a room of lesser size than other comparative rooms in the hotel while claiming it was the same. Housekeeping failed to arrive when scheduled. Parking is limited. I often visit Newnan. This hotel went from top to bottom of my list.

The property was wonderful and Brooks the front desk manager was so helpful

This was by far the worst experience ever. We waited 10 minutes in front of an empty front desk. The man finally came and was nice but obviously harried. He said he was in the back doing laundry. He checked us in. The room reeked of smoke, was dirty, and everything was worn. We went back downstairs (waited again) and told him of the smoke problem. He looked for another room, told us "sorry, we have nothing available" and promised that the manager would authorize a refund. We went down the road and stayed somewhere else. Now, we are fighting with our credit card company to get a refund. The manager denied our request and denied that anyone matching the description of the front desk clerk ever worked there. Stay away at all costs!

It was nice. A little strict. Knocked on my door at 11:02 for checkout.

Beware!!! Housekeeping and management are very shady! I accidently left my Fitbit watch in the room when I checked out. I realized it the next day and called and asked if housekeeping found a watch left in the room. Fully aware that housekeeping cleans each room after each guest stay. I was hoping but I guess I wasn’t really surprised when I was told that no watch was found. I fully realized it was my fault for forgetting the watch but you would hope that housekeeping at a hotel would be decent enough to turn in items guest leave and that would be a priority enforced by hotel management, understanding that guest may occasionally leave things. So as a cautionary warning to future guests of this hotel, be sure you have all your possessions when you check out because, anything left by a guest is consider free items to the staff there.

I checked in on Monday afternoon and didn't realize it was an extended stay and thei only clean the room every 5th day, to mr that's disgusting. That should have been told upon check in. I was charged $60.00 for an incidental fee and I haven't been refunded yet. I'm also waiting on a receipt. Overall it was just an bad experience.

Internet difficulties but overall would stay again under the right circumstances.

Easy parking. Access to various restaurants and shopping outlets was all that was there to like. Plenty of things to dislike, starting with the beds, both night I couldn't sleep, bed uncomfortable. The garbage stayed in the hallway for two days, . Recommended you pay the extra money when you make a reservation at this place. I was told my room was given away, cause my credit card information was accurate.

The desk clerk was not motivated. Poor customer service. Check in was not easy. We stayed two days and they do not offer refreshing the room. I asked the housekeeper in the hall to change out the towels and she said we were not on her list. I asked at the desk to have the towels changed and she told me I would have to bring my dirty towels down to the desk and exchange them. Breakfast was minimal. There was one type of muffin, waffles, but no butter. I asked the employee if there was any butter and she simply said.no. There was rubbery folded eggs, sausage and yogurt. The hotel was clean. A newer hotel. There was construction around the area and heavy traffic during the hours people were going to and from work. But other than that, nice location with easy access.

Young man at checkin was doing his best. What was wrong 1. 30 minutes to check in because computer was slow 2. Stepped off elevator on floor 4, smelled like a dumpster, no wonder kitchen size garbage bags outside of 2 rooms along with dirty towels. 3. Hallway floor filthy 4. At 315 loud music from outside, when i left at 4am 5 men were hanging around in parking lot drinking. 5. TV remotes didn't work 6. Guest computer in lobby did not work

The evening front desk clerk was moody and unhelpful

Theres not alot of good i would report on this hotel. Our room smelled like cigarettes. The bathrrom tub was NOT clean so we moved to a different room our first night. Second room directly below on 3rd floor was the same except i would say the tub was acceptable. Hallway floors had stains everywhere on both floors. The smell of Marijuana and cigarettes was normal. The breakfast available consisted of some yogurt and dried out sausage and eggs. Nothing else. I dont know how this hotel has a high rating. I will never stay in this hotel again.

The cleanliness and attractiveness stops at the lobby. Pros: Management is kind and smiles. They allowed our rowdy group of youth teens to hang out in the lobby playing games until 11pm. Cons: I found black mold within 2 minutes of entering our room. The whole room smelled damp and the pull out couch was especially wet with the moisture that's never left that room. We were told our two groups couldn't have rooms next to or across from each other. But when we asked for a new room (which we got, no questions asked) the room was directly across the hall from the mold room. So if you've got mold you can have rooms across from each other, otherwise, it's against policy. New room had a cracked outer window pane. This did not directly effect our room's environment, however, it led me to investigate the inside. A thick black (not mold) residue was stuck the inside of the window. There was also a mysterious collection of rust along the bottom of the window pane. There were several creases in the tiles in the shower that had pink bacteria overgrowth. I knew it was overgrowth because I clean my own personal shower often and have never had this show up. I took a washcloth from the rack and thought I'd have to scrub it off. Nope. It wipes right off without a single cleaning supply. The smell of bleach is strong in the halls, but evidently, all deep cleaning stops with spraying the halls with Clorox. I killed several baby roaches in our bathroom. My characters ran out..

Very quiet and clean.

Cleaning was questionable. Found dirty sheets on the pull out and wrappers on the floor. Breakfast options were minimal in quality and quantity. Thankfully there are better breakfast options down the street nearby.

The only real issue we had was the lack of water pressure in the showers.

Elevator not working initially room on 3rd floor/bed was broken in room/ child jumping on floor above at 12am

This was our second stay at this location and everything was great. The check in went smooth, rooms are very clean, and staff friendly and helpful. Will stay again. My daughter was being treated at Cancer Center of America which was 5 minutes from hotel. Thank you !

When I arrived there wasn't anyone at the desk. Once someone showed up, I informed her we have a reservation and she said my last name and just gave me room key and didn't inform me of any information regarding room or hotel amenities. I get that it was late but it is your job to provide great customer service. That was my first impression of the hotel.

I loved the fact that I felt that I was actually in an apt and felt at home

While the room itself was clean the air filters were extremely dirty. That made the vents dirty. The water pressure while showering was next to nothing. Plenty of space in the room and very grateful to have a full sized refrigerator

The property was OK, nothing fancy. The suite space was a little crammed, but OK for just sleeping. No housekeeping unless you stay for more that 5 days & the cleanliness was not great There was complementary breakfast, but only options you have is eggs, sausages, cereal, coffee and juice. I took the suite to have some basic cooking options for my kid. However, the stove has burnt marks all over and one of the knob is broken. The utensils are so burnt and dirty that I stayed away from touching them, so no cooking. There is a lot of scope to up the cleanliness.

So i checked in around 9pm and the front desk clerk was ok as far as being welcoming. I got to the room and had to call for an ice bucket. The room was nice but the tub was terrible. Very low water pressure in the shower head, it was dirty. There was some kind of mat that was peeling up. I was suprised to see such decline in the room considering I remember when this hotel was new construction. Its not that old.

The space was great for the 4 of us on a quick sleep before a golf tournament. But there was mold in the shower, food on the floor, only 1 trashcan in the bathroom, no hair products or body wash. There was no linens for the sleeper soft. The water pressure was horrible and there was a foul. horrible smell coming from the sink while brushing teeth!! YUCK! you could also smell this in the hallway by the elevator.
