The staff was very friendly and aimed at resolving our questions. The room was very comfy and quite large. The hotel is also well situated close to the old town and the harbour. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. There is a nice pool on both the ground and the roof. The breakfast was wonderful with many choices, even gluten free options for my husband. We flew in because there were no ferry tickets, so we had no car. The hotel is located just a little more than 15 minutes walk to Gamla Stan. It is also close to a few windmills. We took a taxi from the airport, but because it was raining, we had a hard time getting a taxi back and had to walk to the bus station. If we had had another day, we would have rented bikes from the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Good place to stay if you dont want to stay right in the city centre if Visby. Easy 10min walk to town and close to the ferry. Very clean and modern. A bit loud with all the kids in the pool and as there are steps on one side of the pool its tricky if you wanna do laps. Amazing view from the rooftop restaurant so dont miss!!

Good place to stay if you dont want to stay right in the city centre if Visby. Easy 10min walk to town and close to the ferry. Very clean and modern. Very pleasant stay. Will go back...but the service could be better. For instance, I appreciate when the staff say hello in the morning or when cleaning staff is not expecting you to get out the elevator so the can use it for their cleaning material. These are details but it does not make it to international standard. The staff at “the reception” is very helpful and pleasant. Be aware that there can be a problem with key card which we had to be reactivated twice a day. Overall we have a very nice stay!

Nice hotel with great pool, decent breakfast but not a hotel for families despite of what they tell you! As a family with a small child we were placed in the same area of the hotel where there was a lot of partying at night, up until 23:30... it was a hot night, with no A/C in the room so many wanted to keep their front doors open but it was impossible due to the partying in the courtyard and on the balconies, while trying to get a small child to sleep. Not ideal for us. We don’t mind people having a good time but as paying customers we would also like the courtesy of being able to attend to our needs without being unusually disturbed.

Very nice building and facilities. Unfortunately service was not on par for breakfast service as coffee ran out for an extended time during service, there were no cups available and breakfast was been closed earlier than communicated. Probably needs some more experienced management to guide young staff more clearly

Very clean, friendly staff, beautiful location. Bikes available to rent at the hotel are a very convenient way to get in and out of the old town area.
