well, for a woman traveling by herself, this place is very difficult. checking in and out in a different location is a nightmare especially when you don’t rent a vehicle. it is difficult to get a taxi when wanting to go back to this area if you go to the no algae beach. Good luck if get locked out of your room. the owner comes very angry to open the door through the back, and says you will be charge $25 every time she comes to open the door. “You should have access to your room anytime through back and front without charge”. There’s no hot shower. the owner should have costumes relashionship courses in how to treat customers.
bottom line…… good place, nasty and bad owner/managements.

The property was safe and gated. It was an average condo and clean but lots of bugs in the bathroom. Bring bug spray! Everything else was okay.

The check in was easy the location was great no a lot of traffic and was 15 to 20 minutes away from everything we wanted to do the room felt very at home and the area was nice and quiet if your a couple and don’t want to be around large groups this is the perfect location.

Very nice,clean apartment, this is our 6th time visiting Turks and Caicos but our second time staying there, absolutely no issues? Its about 20 minutes from Grace Bay,we had a car which we do recommend.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. We did not have any hot water when we showered, it was cold water the entire time running even after leaving the water run for 10 minutes just in case it got warm-it never did. The bathroom was filled with small bugs and there was a lot of mosquitoes inside the studios. These were two main things that I did not like about the studio. Other than that it was a decent stay. It was about a 15 minute drive to Grace Bay Beach by car. If staying at this studio you definitely need to rent a car, otherwise you won’t be able to get around as it is not around the main tourist area, the studio is located in a residential neighborhood.

Seagrape was lovely petite studio apartment. The accommodations were very stylish and well thought out. The pool was a nice amenity. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator. we were able to prepare meals each day. The pillows were great. The bed well, your home bed of course is more pleasing. There were minor things like timeliness for a repair that was a concern. Seagrape is quite a distance from restaurants and the beach. If you do not rent a car, this may not be the accommodation for you.

The condo was nice.
Staff were very receptive when we had a minor issue with the key. I was very happy with the service.
It is not close to the tourist area, which I prefer, but that means you'll need a car. Be careful driving millennium highway to get to the condo. There are potholes at the edge of the road that will eat tires and rims. It is a dark busy road and you don't want to be broken down there.

Very nice apartment had all the amenities, cozy and clean. The outside/yard could use some cleaning no one wants to see dog poop all over. Someone lives in front and there’s 4 units in back.
We had a car so it worked out fine for us. It’s about a 15-20 minute ride to Grace bay.

Nice studio apartment, gave us the feel of being a local. We had couple issues with the AC and Toilet, called late morning and both were fixed by the afternoon!! Rental car is a must, unless you are ok getting a taxi, keeping in mind taxi rides are very pricey and sometimes hard to find one, because the area where the studio is located, we found out not too many ppl were familiar with it. If you do get a taxi, tell them the address and also tell them Face 1 location.
Boyfriend and I liked the place and we would totally recommend it because is modern and has all the amenities. THAT US ALL YOU NEED!

Had an awesome time, place was clean, had all the amenities, we would definitely stay there again. That being said, not one phone # for the place was in service, physically had to go to The Lodgings to let someone know that we had no internet or TV. Took 2 days to get internet and 5 days to get TV.

The villa was clean and the owners were very nice. The area is super quiet and you get the local feeling. No tourists around and it is the perfect place to disconnect. Would go back and recommend.

This was a perfect studio. Not near the resorts but if your looking to relax, cook and not pay an arm and leg , this is the perfect hide away. Must have a car. I’ll be back!!

There was no Wifi or Cable TV for more than 12 hours. Since the property is far from most activities, there was no way to step out and take advantage of another wifi source.
Despite telling management that a construction team has started working at 730am one morning, the construction team still returned again on another day and woke guests yet again at about 730am. The layout of the room is terrible since you cannot lay in the bed and watch TV. It’s a vacation island, who wants to sit and watch tv while on vacation in upright chairs? The hot water was not working on arrival at the property. They take a refundable deposit on arrival which most hotels in the world do not demand anymore. This thinking is archaic and needs to be modernized. The maid services did not come daily.

This place has everything you need and more. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to TCI. Last but certainly not least a huge thank you to the owners Debbie and her husband. They went above and beyond for us. I cannot thank them enough. God bless them.

Sea Grape Studios is an excellent place to stay. The place itself was clean and beautiful. You definetely need to rent a car if you stay here as Grace Bay or the beaches on the southern shore are both a 20 minute easy drive. We had a great time and we will definetely be back.

We were relocated to another property dur to the timing of our reservation (same day), but the second property was in a better location in Grace Bay and was very quiet and clean. Debbie communicated with us throughout the trip and answered all of our questions.

I enjoyed my stay here, the setup is great and beautiful. Very homey and beautiful. I have a few issues there is nothing around there if you don't have a car your stuck with taking taxi's and that can get very expensive I was there for 5 days and spend around $300 in Taxi's alone. There is also no hot water not sure what's that's about. But the check in process was great the staff and the driver were fantastic. Turks is amazing!

Very quiet and beautiful. Good location for access to amenities. Very small with no place to sit and no balcony/patio. Sea Grape was double booked so we we're transferred to Checkers at the last minute, but debbie was very helpful.

Sea Grape Studios is the perfect home away from home for a business trip or vacation. The studios are clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything that you may need for your visit. The hosts as well thought of everything and provided it in reach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Grape Studios! It was impeccably clean and everything looked new. We had everything we needed for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Miss Debbie has thought of everything! We used the beach chairs and umbrella everyday on our travels to different beaches. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay at Sea Grape Studios!

Got lost trying to find this place, and not well marked. However the staff went way out of their way to guide me there. The map on Hotels. Com is wrong so don’t use it.
It’s very clean and the kitchen area is a plus. Not near the tourist area, and having a car is a must.
I recommend this place for those that want to get off the beaten path. A good place to relax.

We had a great stay a Sea Grape Studios. The room was immaculately clean and very well furnished with amazing attention to detail. The check in process and directions from the airport were accurate and easy to follow. The location was quiet and relaxing, away from the crowds on the other side of the island. Overall it was an incredible value and very much exceeded my expectations.

This place is definitely affordable at Turks. keep in mind its on the other side id town far from Grace Bay. it's in the local neighborhood. at night, theres alot of stray dogs on the street. nothing is close to thos location so youll need a car.
place is hard to find on google maps as it wont find the address. i had to get the landlord to send me a whatsapp live location to navigate.
place itself has a kitchen and free wifi and tv. it does not have laundry. youll have to use a cloths line and wash by hand.
gate automatic door always gets stuck, we had to reset the gate every night when we came back to the place. it was scary to get out at night with the dogs to reset the gate.
if youre looking for a feel at home, being with locals stay here. if you're here to vaca, find a place close to grace bay. this place is far from gracebay and nothing to do near by.

Ms. Debbie has a beautiful studio apt. Its new, clean ,well maintained and has all amenities available.. Also, it has a pool.Neighbors are friendly and a pleasure to talk with. Quiet side of the island , I had a little hiccup with air conditioner but Ms, Debbie fixed the problem immediately.I was very happy with my decision to stay at Sea Grape.Studios.

We'r lived the property. However, we had a few things that we'r needed to address and when we communicated, we got no response or resolution for days. And also one day when we arrived home, the bank for was wide open. Apparently, the cleaning staff didn't close and lock it. Very concerning safety issue.
