We enjoyed our stay at this property. A perfect place to relax after exploring the island. Lisa was very responsive.

Enjoyed the remoteness of this location. Did not want to be near the Grace Bay crowds.

We were looking for a place to "get away from it all." We found it at Northwest Pointe Resort! We were all familiar with Providenciales, so we weren't intimidated by the remoteness of the resort. We welcomed it. The place was so peaceful and serene, that we adopted this theme for the trip: "Serenity Now!" We all vowed to return one day.

The apartment fit our needs perfectly. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was clean. The whole complex was well maintained and we loved that it was so quiet and far from the other hotels and resorts. Unfortunately the beach was overrun by sargasso seaweed. I have never seen so much. There were crews cleaning it every day but no end in sight. This is obviously a world wide epidemic so not a fault of the complex. Thank God for the pool. It was clean and great for swimming laps etc.

This property is beautiful and the views are great. The location is a bit farther from everything else on the island but it’s a small island so it’s never too bad. The unit was nice and mostly clean. The host let us put something’s in the fridge before check in which was nice of them. A small problem with bugs as there were sugar ants on the kitchen counter at times and a dead cockroach under the master bed. Nothing too crazy. We did have a great time. The beach and the pool on the property are excellent.

Lisa's home was perfect for our stay in Turks; location, cleanliness, and everything in between. Lisa was also incredibly accommodating and even kindly checked in with us when we arrived later than expected. 100% would stay again...which we are doing in a few weeks! Thanks, Lisa!

When planning our trip to TCI, we were undecided between staying at this condo or an all-inclusive resort for the week. So glad we decided to stay at this condo! We rented a Jeep (glad we did that too, because there’s about 10 minutes of driving to this location on unpaved roads.) We were able to explore a lot of the island, and then return to the condo property and relax. Property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is very peaceful and well-kept at all times. Communication with the host was excellent! This is a highly recommended stay.

This unit was nice, simple and clean. One bathroom is en-suite and the other was in the hall. The porch/patio was very nice! The resort was very quiet which was lovely.

We just returned from a lovely stay at this property. The property is as described and pictures are accurate. Communication with Lisa was excellent from the beginning. She answered all of my million questions and was quick to respond through out our trip. You do need a car to access this resort because it is remote, but that is what we were looking for. The pool was nice and plenty of loungers. We hardly saw more than a handful of people while we were there. The restaurant on-site was not open but we didn't plan on using it anyway. I would recommend this apartment in a heartbeat if you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of grace bay.

Our stay was great. The place looked as advertised. There were 3 of us for a ladies trip, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub and beach. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves and some days the pool as well. The beach is not as pretty as some other beaches on the island, but hit the spot on our first day. This is the place, if you want a little quiet. The restaurant was closed, but Lisa gave us a heads up and we just grabbed some groceries on the way. Lisa was an excellent communicator. 5/5

Hidden away from all the hotels and commercial areas it was a great island paradise and it felt like you were by yourself at times. Easy to take a stroll on the beach, kayak, paddle board and the pool and Jacuzzi were always clean and not crowded. When i find my way back that is where I will be staying!

We arrived and found everything just as advertised. Clean and fresh. Would have liked more than one towel per person and a bath mat would have been nice for the tile floor. Kitchen had the very basics for food prep. I probably cook more than the average traveler so my needs might be greater. The restaurant was closed due to covid. This location is remote and we loved that. Long walks on the beach and always windy. Every request we made was addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. The bed was extremely comfortable. Ventilation was great. Didn't use the pool but it was quite lovely. Lisa was great to deal with. I highly recommend both her and this condo!

We had such an amazing time and the condo was fantastic, as was communication with the owner, Lisa. If you’re looking for a more lively, party scene with close-by restaurants (the on-site restaurant at our rental community was closed) and nightlife, then stay on the other side of the island for 10x the price. But if you want relaxation and don’t mind renting a car (which I think is standard regardless of where you stay), this place is amazing and affordable. It was so hard to find a 2 bed/2 bath that both had king size beds. So two adults or two couples can stay without someone being stuck in a kid’s room. This is very unique and allowed great privacy. The view from deck is gorgeous, the ocean is down a very short path from pool. Pool and hot tub were large and so relaxing, not very crowded at all. And as long as you keep noise down in the evening, nobody will bother you, I.e., pool rules aren’t restrictive like resorts. We didn’t do a daily cleaning service for 5 days. The washer/dryer + dishwasher + deck to hang wet towels on made it very easy to keep clean. WiFi and TV worked great. AC worked well, but we tried to be conservative bc the island has very expensive electricity costs. Ceiling fans in every room, fully outfitted kitchen. The people who live next door are very nice. I would def stay again and LOVED Turks and Caicos. Again, u need a rental car, but most restaurants, famous beaches (most beautiful in the world) are less than a 25 min drive away. Strongly recommend this area and this unit/condo community if you want peace and quiet vs. partying. Thanks again to Lisa and Angela!

Our family of four had an amazing stay. The peace and quiet of this location on the island was incredible. We enjoyed every minute and felt like we were staying on our own private island. Outstanding! Thank you!

False info about a restaurant on site. Sort of misleading beach info……not a swimming beach. Also, no toilet paper holders-odd and shower in master bathroom had nowhere to put soap etc. The person who was supposed to be on site was not there the 3 times we went up to talk to her. All in all we enjoyed the quiet relaxation of the resort. Well maintained.

Quiet and secluded. Entire property was very well maintained. Condo was clean, well appointed.Due to covid the on property restaurant was closed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet get away.

We had a wonderful time The pool and beach were perfect. So quiet and the stargazing at night to die for. Lisa was really easy to communicate with.

Check in and communication was excellent. Property was very quiet just like we wanted. Accommodations were as described. It was nice being on the beach for the price.

The place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. We enjoyed the seclusion and uncrowded beaches. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is because of the unpaved roads leading to the facility.

We stayed at NWP for a long 4 day weekend and had an amazing time. It was our second stay at the resort and first time with both of my children. The unit was very well maintained, modern and light and airy. We took advantage of the porch, enjoying breakfast in the morning and drinks in the evening. The resort is great and so quiet. It's about 10 minutes to a few restaurants and 15 minutes from Grace Bay. Perfect for what we're looking for in a vacation. Room for a family to cook, relax and get away. Highly recommend vs. all-inclusive and large resort experiences!

Nice secluded place with quality content and a great beach for sitting and contemplating - less so for frolicking, which keeps it nice n quiet. Room (303) was simply amazing with a balcony space with a view to die for. As it is literally miles from anything else, do realize that it takes a good 15-20 minutes to get to dinner (although there is a restaurant on campus which is actually pretty good) or significant activities such as off-boat diving. And you should rent a car too. If all that is OK by you, this is a great choice and far cheaper than comparable quality closer in.
