Beyond our expectations. Love how they are concerned about the environment. Definitely a great place to stay.

It was clean and newly remodeled. I will say that the sound proofing was horrible. The hotel was less than 100 yards from a major highway and all you could hear were the trucks passing by. People in the hallway were easily heard as well. Doors shutting all night was a pain to liaten to. Had to turn the tv up over the halfway mark jist to try and drown out the other noise, which im sure added to someone elses bad experience. Wont stay there again due to the noise issue, but if you can get past that then go for it. The breakfast was great and staff were very proffessional. The noise killed the deal for me though.

The hotel is great. We’ve stayed there 3 times but the rooms facing the interstate can hear traffic noise all night but the rooms in the other side are fine.

Tru is a clean, new, beautiful property. Very impressive. While 6 years old, it looks brand new. No dirty carpet, beautiful decor, great little area to purchase snacks, beverages, etc. Room decor is beautiful, and amenities are nice. Will definitely stay here again.

We stopped here on a road trip from Michigan to North Carolina and for the price, the stay was wonderful! Super clean and easily accessible off the highway. Plus, they had a wide variety of breakfast options included in their free breakfast offering. Safe location.

System down and couldn’t check in at 4. After driving 9 hours I was tired and wanted to rest. Had to wait over 30
Minutes with very little explanation “ you can’t check in our system is down”. They could have at least offered a drink or placed me in a room and check in later since I had prepaid

Got in a little late, staff was friendly and took good care of us. The room was excellent, pet friendly and comfortable. The breakfast was ok, can’t complain when it is free and fresh. It was tasty, but limited in choices. Great stopover on our way to Myrtle Beach, would stay again.

Our room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. I could hear traffic due to the closeness to the highway but I always travel with a small fan so it blocked the noise. I love the squeeze bottles attached to the wall in the bathroom for shampoo, body wash and hand soap. There were lots of options for the continental breakfast including sausage, small omelets and a pancake machine. We will definitely stay here again when passing through the area.

This hotel is set up with every convenience. It is the closest thing to being at home. Our pets were welcomed with a pet gift. I want to say a special thank you to Bob and Doug. They helped us with anything we needed and we're always willing to be available. Someone who developed this hotel put a lot of thought into it and it shows. We loved it!

The check in staff wasn’t very prompt on getting our cards so we could get up to our room. Once we got up there, discovered most of the electrical outlets didn’t work near the bed so it was hard to charge phones.
The breakfast was kind of bland and unimpressive. Definitely not worth $240+ a night.
