Was great to be close to Chinatown. Nothing Wong with the price and service at all. The bathroom enedes a deepcleaning which is why I am giving it a bad rating on cleaning.

Minus the convenience of the location, the hotel itself was very disappointing. Stained rugs in the lobby and in the room, stained side bench in the room, no towels , broken desk lamp. I don’t think it’s fair for me to blame it on the staff but I have a feeling it is just poor management.
Comfortable with the fact that their location offers the best in the area and so there’s not much effort in being able to provide a cleaner , more pleasurable hotel stay. I have always stayed in hotels during my travels and this one definitely did not meet my expectations even when comparing it to the other hotels of the same type category.

The hotel is good for the price. Room not spacious. Bathroom lacks more amenities. No hand towels, no wash cloth, and shower room feels unsafe especially for the elderly or seniors. No hand bars to hang on prevent slipping . But the hotel is just at the side of a large and beautiful mall. Very close Divisoria for shopping. Enjoyed our stay 😃😃

As a customer, I must say that Hotel luckychinatown hotel really impressed me. The genuine care and attention they showed to my parents during there stay were remarkable. Their staff went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable!! Shout to AUBREY!! She is great and amazing worker in professional term!!

Overall, the property was ok with great price and safe. The overall property condition was somewhat dated. Definitely could use some updating.

My kids stayed for more than a week & I did for 15 days. The staff are super friendly. Since it was a long stay, Renz, one of the room attendant was able to coordinate with me with regards to bed linen change & room clean up (which I didn't do every day). He always remembered to give me my ration of water bottles for the day & filled my depleted toiletries. This property is just beside the mall. It is very convenient for shopping & meeting up with friends & families due to the variety of restaurants in the mall.

The staff members in this hotel are polite, friendly, and helpful. However, the linen, bath towels, and floor mat towels are stained and dirty looking. Also, there are cockroaches crawling on the floor and walls.

Just for one night before we headed home. Breakfast a bit of a disapointment, only 3 options to choose from, waited a while for it, then received it cold. When comunicated this with the staff was essentially ignored. As much as the room was what fine the customer care wasn't.

I liked that it is connected to a very nice Mall where you can have good places to eat, good stores to shop and even a grocery.
If you like Chinatown, then here's the hotel for your perfect convenience.
Though it is not a 5-star, it suffices for good eats, good shopping, and a decent place to stay.
I love the free parking as it is quite difficult to find parking in this location.

Great location and amenities at a competetive price. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Price of food at the cafe was comparable if not cheaper than the ones nearby. I used this hotel to voluntarily self isolate. Nearby shopping malls are popular with the locals. Lots of choices for dining also in the area.

The place and reception staff are great. However, the guards at the ground floor are constantly asking for your room number every time you pass the door. I find it very inconvenient and shows how there is lack of trust in their guests. I haven’t experienced anything like this in other hotels.

My siblings and I stayed here to complete our quarantine for 5 nights and 6 days. Our overall experience was terrible. Their processes and protocols lacked efficiency, staff had poor customer service and lacked attention to detail, rooms were not clean and were infested with ants and cockroaches, rooms were also small and did not look like the photos they have on their website; most importantly, the food they provided lacked variety, nutrition and flavour. I strongly DO NOT recommend staying at this hotel.

Cons: It was just confusing that the reception is on the 4th flr. Concierge on the 1st floor.They are still doing construction so expect to hear a lot of noise. The tap came out of the faucet, i asked for it to be fixed, the person came but have to leave as he doesnt have any tools with him. Have to call reception as it was already late. The drainage is slow so while showering you have to turn off the shower so thr dirty water wont overflow. * didnt try the breakfast.

Place was ok considering the price I paid for it. The only thing unpleasant is that the parking is shared with the mall and we had issues exiting the area early in the morning

The nice thing about this place is walking distance to the markets for shopping but the breakfast is very small not a lot to choose from rooms are pretty dirty no Jacuzzi no pool It served it’s purpose
