The property was nice. The breakfast cut off was a little early. The beds are extremely comfortable! Overall, a good experience!

Bathroom sink is clogged/ slow to drain.
Pool is very small! There was only one other family there with us, so it worked out, but any more would’ve been too crowded.
I wish the room preference would have specified that it was a stand-up shower- no tub. “Popular for families” must not included families with toddlers who take baths. My error for not researching more.

Our stay was very pleasant. The front desk staff were kind and accommodating. The property and rooms were clean. Breakfast was also good. I have no complaints.

I use this property since my grandson is a student at the University. Good proximity to the University and dining options. Will continue to stay here. Good pricing and clean and everything was in working order.

The elevator was very loud and slow seemed like it needed maintenance and lots of hand prints on the doors and walls. Definitely needed a good cleaning all around this hotel. The breakfast was not good… expired milk cartons that no one noticed until another guest mentioned it to the staff… the waffles were fine.

The seating area had all sorts of stains and marks and there was a large stain on the floor. There was still hair in the shower and ? on the shower walls, the conditioner was only half full, the towels had holes, and one of them had dirty fingerprints (?) on it. The room itself smelled dirty.

The guest in the room next to our room was very loud. I complained about it the next day and the front desk person said she would have management contact me. Well, it’s been a week since I complained and no one from management reached out.

This was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. This being our first time for Comfort Inn, this will be our 1st choice from now on.

Many of the common areas were not always clean, the elevator needed some more cleaning....

Greeted as soon as we entered the clean lobby. Showers were nice and updated. Only concern was the stains on the couch. May need to look into getting something that can shampoo the couch. Other than that it was a nice place. Definitely will stay there again next time i visit.
