Hotel is nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean. Bathroom is on the smaller size but still ok. Breakfast is ok. Better selection on some days than others. Location is good. Near subway station with many restaurants and shops nearby.

Lovely hotel, well located between two metro stations. The room is simple yet comfortable. The room was perfectly cleaned when I arrived. If I come by Daegu again, I will book here!

Clean place, beds were a bit hard. Great location to shopping and fun. I only stayed one night, so I didn't need more amenities than what was provided. 7th floor rooms aren't the best if you're a light sleeper.

This property has many amenities youd desire out of a hotel, including free breakfast- but is also very affordable.

I showed up early and they held my bag for me until time for check-in. It's the little things that will make me a return guest.

Location was near the subway and in vibrant part of Daegu. Hotel is in a shared building with other amenities. Good experience with friendly staff. Breakfast provided was quite nice too.

Room with no view, only looking against other windows and air conditioners. All Toyoko Inns are build in the same ways and have the same problem: Noise. Not in one of the Korean Toyoko Inn it was possible to sleep without ear plugs. The doors are closing hard and loud and the guest are talking loudly over the floor. Sometimes they have blocked to door open and having loud conversation over the floor. In my room the aircondition was loud because of a lose inner part. The very limited breakfast is an economic disaster and brings all these signs with eco-friendlyness to a big joke. The location is nice, close to a lot of shops or even the train station. For a very short stay this is a good option, otherwise you can get claustrophobic in these small rooms without any view.

A great place to stay in downtown daegu! Just like the pictures and everything was so nice and clean, I was a little surprised haha. Definitely recommend and would stay here again

My mother and I were there for only a night but the staff was very friendly as is usual at the Toyoko Inn Hotels! We had a lovely stay with complimentary breakfast.

Their check-in/check-out times are different from other hotels, so be sure to check in advance to make sure it works with your itinerary. Onsite parking is 5,000 KRW, and it's good to check with the hotel in advance if it is available for the day. The main reason I stay here when in Daegu is reliable access to charging for my vehicle. There is an electric car charging station (Charge B, slow charge) inside that can be used with a QR code billing system connected to Kakao Navi. It worked well for me, but very often there is a non-electric vehicle parked there. Once we got the owner to move, I had no problem charging my car.

호텔 자체는 일본의 여느 토요쿄인처럼 깔끔하고 군더더기 없었지만 고객 응대는 놀랄 정도로 무성의하고 무미건조합니다. 머무는 동안 7층에서 로비를 오가는 리셉션 직원들과 수없이 마주쳤지만 손님에게 가벼운 목례 한 번 하는 직원이 없었고. 데스크를 방문해도 인사없이 손으로는 하던 일 계속하면서 입으로만 대답하네요. 5성급 호텔 서비스를 기대하는 건 아니지만 투숙객이 뭔가를 물으면 일을 멈추고 응대를 하든지 바쁘면 잠시 기다려달라 하든지 선택하는 게 일처리의 기본이라 생각합니다. 잠자리나 객실 컨디션은 좋았지만 조식은 먹을 게 별로 없었습니다.

Cozy hotel, small room (and tiny bathroom), but expected for this area of Daegu. I recommend for a short stay, everything was clean and the staff was polite.

Recommend for downtown if you have a group and want cheap solo rooms for each person

Wow. It costs around $90 but service is motor inn style. I’m a diamond member of Hilton. But since Daegu does’n have a good hotel and I was curious about toyoko-inn, very disappointed. Don’t expect and trust their ad.

Loved my stay there. Everything is well-thought to detail. Small but very convenient toilet, good air-conditioning, very convenient check-in and amenities. The only thing is you have to take elevator two times( from your floor to 7th where lobby is and then another one to go outside. Breakfast is so-so

Hearty, tasty and wholesome free breakfast is really great. Good staff, clean and very fair for the price I paid for 3 people.

Toyoko is located at a perfect 1 block distance from the nearest subway station and various bus stops that can take you wherever you need to go in the city. I stayed with 2 friends in an ample room with 3 beds that provided towels and other necessary amenities for all 3 of us, as well as a cool face mask and skin care pack! The staff was kind and understood English (though I spoke mostly in Korean). Breakfast isnt anything out of this world but is filling and good. Would definitely recommend for a quick trip with friends!

Location is goo and convenient for shopping. There are a lot of nice Korean restaurant around there. But hotels’s complementary Breakfast is very limited.
