The hotel is very nice with a perfect location. But calling a 8-9 square meters room for a gym is a truth with modifications

Great location for the view, minutes from the bridges and wonderful views. Located at start of old town so can access all the sites by foot.

Overall great experience. Nice location close to city very friendly staff! We were greeted by the most welcoming host in the reception and were offered a double room upgrade. Room was large, bright and well-kept. Room service very nice and thorough.
Rooftop pool area was OK with a nice view, but pool itself was very cloudy. Staff was aware and worked on it but weren’t able to fix it during our stay.
Food offerings on the rooftop had room for improvement (mostly heavy, oily burgers of different types - no lighter options).

Hotel everything we wanted, service excellent, hotel new, clean and tidy. Breakfast very good. One minor thing the gym is very small, more like a cupboard.

The staff were super friendly when we checked in. We had asked for a quiet room and parking and both were available. They gave us a map of the city and pointed out places to visit as well as restaurant recommendations. It was a super clean and quiet room and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location, great staff, great breakfast in a quiet neighborhood. Walkable to the "R. de Santa Catarina" pedestrian zone shopping street (10 min), restaurants and boat tours in "Ribeira" by the Douro river (20 min), and "Vila Nova de Gaia" neighborhood across the river (20 min).

Genuinely one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in, everything was great. It's walking distance from the train station, the funicular, bars, restaurants, the river front and shopping. Despite being so central it is a quiet location. The bar has a lovely garden outside, and the staff looked after us really well, especially Afonso and Helder in the bar and the staff on Reception.

We were a couple who stayed 4 nights and we were very satisfied. The location was fantastic with walking distance everywhere. It felt like it was new and it was very fresh. Good to be able to exchange cleaning of the room for drink tickets. The pool on the roof is shallow so it is not possible to swim, but nice to be able to take a dip. The breakfast had everything you could wish for. We can definitely recommend this hotel.

This property is in a very good location, right in the middle of walking down to the old historical neighborhoods of Porto and walking up towards Santa Catarina Street with it's many, many shops. A modern hotel close to old Porto.

Absolutely love this hotel. Super clean and nice, the beds are heavenly. The breakfast is wow. Super cute and they thought about all the details that someone might think of in a hotel room. Absolutely recommend.

This is pretty new hotel and was super comfortable. The staff were great, the location was good for all the main sites and it was in a quiet area. Highly rate this hotel and would stay again if visiting Porto.

Great stay far superior from other NH in other European cities, but as always location was unbeatable. Front staff could be a bit more welcoming but the breakfast team made up for it. Joao, Joana and Carina?? at the breakfast provided excellent service and made our mornings better. Room and common areas were well kept and clean. Will definitely come back in our next Porto visit

A quiet hotel with decent facilities in the room. Air con wasn't the best. The hotel has a late check out, which is great, but this caused house keeping to happen quite late in the afternoon. Hotel didn’t get our request for a twin room - Don't know if that's because of Hotels.com

Staff at the front desk were accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. Room was modern and clean - extra touches by the hotel were much appreciated! Location was superb, walkable in multiple directions. We will be back!
