Nice room with a extra bed

Enchanting but a little worn, the best value rooms are the ones that have been remodeled- those rooms with a single queen or king. Our two room suite contained a king bed in each room and a well worn dirty loveseat in one of them. An old refrigerator and microwave was located in the bathroom, under the sink. No joke.

Staff was extremely helpful. Room was updated and clean. Bathroom was large with a shower and jacuzzi tub. Nice patio with a fire pit.

Suggest cleaning bathroom area with strong bleach. The guests on ground floor will heat anyone above who is a heavy stepper. Other than that perfect.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally attentive. Although the hotel itself is older, it has a remodeled appearance. However, the prices are on the higher side for what is offered. The location is convenient, quiet, but the rooms only have windows facing the hallway, which limits privacy. There was also a noticeable smell, but the hotel was clean overall. It would be helpful to have more affordable options to consider.

Cute and quaint property

Was placed in a room right by the lobby and it was very loud throughout the night. You can hear full conversations from front desk and staff walkie talkies.

The location of the hotel was good, since it was close to Mainstreet and Harbour. The room was big and the beds fairly comfortable. It was generally clean. The room was located on street level, with a view of a big, ugly staircaise and the hotel golfcart parked in front of it. There was zero daily housekeeping, nobody ever came and checked the room during our 3-night-stay. This supposedly Deep Soaking bath tub was small, old and chipped plastic tub with old hardware that cut my hand trying to make it work. The hotel noted that it has a new owner and is under renovation. I think it needs to change a lot in order for it to get up to date and comfy. Overall the quality of the hotel compared to others we saw was not good for the rate they charged. Also the breakfast provided was Motel-6 level: all prepackaged snacks. No fresh tea water (it comes thru Keurig coffemaker), no fresh milk, fruit or bread. The girl at the reception was friendly, But we will definitely never return to this place!!!

I recently had an excellent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impressive and contributed significantly to a comfortable experience. A special mention goes to Manager Jacob, who went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. His professionalism and attentiveness truly enhanced our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and spotless accommodations.

Location is very accessible, within walking distance from restaurants, shopping, beach quite, rooms are comfortable, they have a mini fridge and microwave very. Convenient. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Patio area nice and cozy. Will stay there again on our next visit.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the jets in the tub were not working. it was a beautiful room in a dark corner of the courtyard . Lovely decorating, spacious bathroom with heated floor! 😁

Easy to get to and good location. Very friendly staff. Room was clean but sink didn’t drain and toilet didn’t fill. Also, dryers near room kept us awake

Was able to leave my bags there, they called me early letting me know my room was ready, great customer service. Very clean, Great location walking distance to the beach!

This was bigger than expected. Very comfortable and clean place. It is located in the perfect location. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location, helpful staff

Our room was perfect for our needs. The staff was so helpful, kind and understanding because we traveled with our 83 year old Aunt who needed ADA accommodations. The room was pristine and I loved the quiet courtyard just outside of our room. Thank you so much for above short but sweet stay!

We had the most beautiful views and everything is in walking distance on the boardwalk!

It was a safe area where it is walkable to all shopping stores. This made it very convenient. Great staff and clean

Stayed in the penthouse suite. Amazing views and loved the amenities. The stairs were not fun and the building is in need of some care.

Really cute place. Had a partial view of the ocean. Slept 4 of us.

The first room we had a bad mildew smell, staff moved us to a nicer room.

Jacob was very kind when checking us in and provided recommendations for where we should eat if we are looking for steak nearby. There was a fire pit in a pretty garden-like area, and some short flights of stairs leading to our room. Would definitely recommend for the view and atmosphere!!

LOVED the courtyard and the room layout - Bathroom was HUGE and very comfortable. Great bed and pillows too!!

Service was bad and didn’t supply the room well. Air conditioner leaked, toilet didn’t work properly and TV didn’t work well either. Loud music till10 PM.

Loved the Catalina Courtyards. It was perfect for our family of adults escaping to the island for a weekend. Our room had the perfect view of the bay and we enjoyed our balcony very much. Coffee, breakfast bar items and snacks were very handy and sustained us until we were ready to venture out. We felt very safe and had a relaxing time. Staff was excellent in every way.

My husband and children ages 2 & 4 enjoyed staying here. Although it’s not the closest to the pier it’s worth the extra couple of blocks. The rooms are nice and come with a fridge, which is important to us with small children. We requested a crib and there was plenty of space in the room for that and a kid mattress we brought with us. We stayed in a room w a king sized bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. We borrowed beach towels which was very necessary. The breakfast room with snacks was a Godsend especially with little ones. Recommended!
