It was a very nice, clean room with a decent bathroom space. Also, comfortable living room, kitchenette areas.

To many reserved parking. I didn’t like the layout with the elevator between two buildings. Not for older people a long ways to get to your room.

That staff was wonderful- very kind & helpful! Nice pool, work out facilities & breakfast. The rooms were nice- comfy beds & spacious.

The elevator being shared could end up a little slow. Breakfast was great. Staff wonderful. Room cleaned everyday.

Beautiful place. Clean and very comfortable. Had to bring my other for surgery who is in a wheelchair so my only suggestions would be more handicapped parking, we were never able to use the designated spots (there was only three and always full) so this was a challenge. Also the handicapped room was large and spacious but the bathroom wasn’t user friendly for the wheelchair. They offer soap, contact but they are mounted to the wall at 5 ft 6 and not reachable to anyone in a wheelchair or using the provided seat. The floor was slippery and might need more grip. These are only my suggestions based assisting someone who’s handicapped. I am able bodied and have no concerns with mobility so it was an enlightenment for me to watch her. Overall tho I love the property and would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel, clean and fresh, best of all is the walk in showers with great water pressure and big new TVs!

Our room wasn’t the cleanest. Hair on walls of shower. You could tell shower wasn’t cleaned. And rude service at checkin. The guy was very direct and rude. Wouldn’t stay at this hampton again. And we r diamond members.

Friendly at Check in, got info on all facilities, convenient on 2 check in areas. Beds were so comfortable!

Our room was very nice and exactly where we wanted it, on the ground floor and close to the pool. Rebecca was so Nice and welcoming, she was helpful and nice when we checked in, Customer Service is a big part so I appreciate staff that truly care about their customers. We absolutely love this hotel and everything with the room is perfect. We enjoyed the big open space, the great breakfast, the big open patio and furniture was so wonderful and relaxing. My girls have the most fun at the pool. Thanks Hampton Inn we can’t wait to stay again.

Spacious and clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast with a good variety of food and great location.

The hotel was nice. It is connected to another hotel. Parking wasn't abundant. Pool was cold, but the kids loved the slide. Didn't appreciate seeing qr codes to tip the staff all over. Even left a card about tipping after cleaning our room while we were out for the day.

This hotel was very clean and quiet. Even full, you felt like you got a good night rest. We would stay here again. A note if you have a lot of allergies, there were a lot of pets in the hotel. I don't think it is unique to this hotel but something to note if you don't like this. They did not bother us but everyone travels differently!

Clean and spacious. Pool was a hit with the kids but overcrowded in my opinion…pool was fairly small considering slide goes into a quarter of it. Also no hot tub. Breakfast was good with many options. Staff was kind and friendly.

The stay was amazing. Very clean staff was nice and friendly.

My stay was good. The only issue we had was that we were double charged for the $50 deposit instead of getting one of the charges returned immediately. I was told sorry, and as long as you don't charge your room you will receive both deposits.

The slide in the pool area was exceptional and our grandsons loved it. Very good staff, coffee was good and all was well. Also, very well located in Rapid City.

The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the sheets on the bed were the softest we've ever slept on in a hotel.

When we checked in the guy was very helpful and friendly. The parking was convenient. Lots of shopping options nearby and restaurants too. Our son loved the pool. This hotel seems really new. Everything is in great condition. We haven’t went down for breakfast yet but I’m sure it’ll be good as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place

We really enjoyed the stay except for the insane way they designed the combined closet door / bathroom door. If you are in the closet when someone opens the bathroom door from inside the bathroom prepare to get hit. I still have a black and blue mark from that happening. While I would be happy to stay in the hotel again I would NOT stay in a room with that combined closet / bathroom door. On a positive note, the staff is EXCELLENT.
